I recently had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy. My child's doctor sent in a prescription, and I called to check on its status. The lady I spoke to was completely rude. She told me it would take an hour to fill the prescription. I explained that my daughter was very sick and we needed the medicine as soon as possible, asking if there was any way it could be done quicker. She flatly told me no. I apologized and expressed my concern for my sick child, and she hung up on me. This lack of empathy and professionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with the health of a child.

i switched to kroger pharmacy 3 yrs. ago. best.decision.ever. def the best for scripts in the melrose area.

This is THE WORST Kroger I have ever been in! I have never experienced such terrible customer service as a lifelong kroger shopper. I stood for nearly 10 minutes at the check out waiting to be helped while the clerk stood on her phone and ignored me after she saw me. I left the groceries there because I felt so disrespected. DO NOT shop here!

I shopped at this Kroger for my last time yesterday. The place has been a disaster for a long time...a few friendly employees but most are completely disengaged and some have been hostile. The last straw was yesterday when a HUGE RAT ran right in front of me on aisle 5. I informed "management" and their response was "okay."

You never know what you're going to get this pharmacy the most you can hope for is pleasant and businesslike. Some of the employees of this location are unbelievably rude for no obvious reason! You may have a hard time getting your meds filled and you may get a call from the machine ,gopick the stuff up and get a call the next day that there's more ready. I intend to change as soon as possible because I'm tired of this treatment.

Staff is always friendly. I love that they have a variety of blue bell ice cream flavors. I have never had a bad experience at this store. I would venture to say if you have had a bad experience, it was likely you the customer who was being rude, as I have witnessed this. The personnel remain professional in the face of unruly customers. Best Kroger around!

The fuel pumps are a SCAM. They have so many prompts that I think they make it intentionally confusing and require calculations to get the discount. Will not return.

They are out of stock of almost all produce throughout an entire week and the ones that they do have in stock has gone bad. They're literally selling rotten vegetables. How is this acceptable. What a horrible chain.

Dirty, disgusting & out of stock on a lot of items From where I'm from Kroger aka Fry's was the place you wanted to shop. Down here in the south it is not the go to place. I'm almost embarrassed to shop here.
