This is one of the largest and best Kirkland's stores in the Nashville metro area. The manager, Jessica Shaw, is exceptional, always working to make the customer happy and help with purchases. This store has a large inventory and I can always find something here. It's in the Hundred Oaks Mall and worth the drive from anywhere in the area.

They need to update their inventory online, drove 25 minutes out here because the Kirklands by me didn’t have a few things that I needed. Drove here just for them to tell me their inventory was incorrect and they didn’t have either product.

Today was our first day shopping in this store. We were in there quite a while looking around and never had one person greet us or ask if we needed help. Finding things in the store was challenging because I was after a throw blanket but yet throw blankets are everywhere. Same thing with pillows. They have a lot of nice things but this is the kind of store even though it's not huge, you need time to look around to try to find anything. There is no going to the blanket section. We will definitely be back. We didn't purchase anything today. There was a rug I liked but It didn't have a price on it. We noticed quite a few things didn't have prices.

I am partial to a store that has great service and fantastic home decor at a fair price. I can always find a treasure in this store whether it be a new piece of furniture, something to dress up my walls or a change of season wreath for the front and back door. There is always something at Kirkland's I never leave empty handed. The Spring Hill location is my go too but everyone of the local stores are great.and willing to service your every need.

Small store and a bit on the pricey side. Well worth for quality and exclusivity though.

COVID has changed the world of retail in many different ways, and one of them being the kindness of store employees. Today I went in and had a very warm conversation with one of the employees, and it’s a small thing but made my day. Not many people go out of their way to create friendly conversation anymore, so it was a refreshing experience!

Used to really love this store. I went in last week (July 10th) and they were having a sale on clearance. It was a little confusing so I asked the girl at the desk which clearance items fell into the "extra 50% off clearance sale" she told me that all the clearance items with a red tag were included. So I found a decor piece and went to check out. The item had a red tag, so I was under the impression that it would be 50% off the labeled price. She rung up the item and it rung up as the labeled price so I asked her if it was an additional 50% off and said I would buy it even if it wasn't cause I really liked it. When very kindly she went to the wall to check the price, her manager came over and asked what was going on, I explained that she was checking the price to make sure it was included in the sale as it was a red tagged item. He looked at me funny and said that the sale was not all red tagged items and I told him that there must have been a miscommunication cause the salesgirl told me it was all of them. As soon as I said that she came back to the register and said "I never said that to you. That's not true!" The manager then asked me if which employee had told me that then, and i was incredibly confused and told him I had spoken to the girl ringing me up. She looked her manger straight in the eye and said "i never spoke to her at all." She was so rude, I walked out of the store and did not buy the piece. I won't buy from a place that allow their employees to lie and be unkind. I understand she had made a mistake, people make mistakes, I make mistakes. Had she just said that, I would have had no problem paying the labeled price. It was how rude she was and instead of explain she made a mistake she lied so she didn't look bad in front of her boss. It was just an all together poor experience.
