I went to Kim's and my experience was not good. I got the Luxury Detox Pedicure. It definitely did not feel luxury. The person dropped the nail clipper on the floor, then rinsed it off in the water that my feet was in. So, whatever containments on it from dropping it on the floor was now on my feet. In addition, she clipped my big toe and it was bleeding. She told me that I had to complete the process because she had started step 1 of 4 step process. I had high hopes of this nail shop based on the reviews. I have never done a review for a nail shop, so for me to take the time out and do a review, it had to be bad. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I went inside the Kim's hair store in Clarksville and never stepped foot back in there! Just didn't care for their attitude. Now the one in Antioch, Tenn. They have better attitudes.

First time here I'm visiting. And I agree they do seem to have everything. The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable.

I wanted my nails done a few days ago and I can't stop gushing over them... Treasure My nail tech did such a wonderful job... And the women of the shop love their work to exude perfection and it did just that... When she didn't feel confident with how the design turned out she redid it... Thank you so much Treasure !!!!

What a great place to shop! We were visiting from out of town and my relatives took us here. The selection was amazing & employees were nice. We stayed & shopped for two hours! Definitely coming back

None of the wigs looked right on me, but they were all good quality, affordable, and in a great variety. I found hair care products I liked, and management was friendly. ☺️
