We stayed here for a family holiday getaway and were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the king suite was very spacious and gorgeous! The front staff was so patient and accommodating with all of our requests. They offered a good selection of wine and drinks during the cocktail hour and the holiday decor and esthetic was perfect! We ordered food from Henley as well and we all enjoyed our meal options. The hotel location was also in walking distance to several restaurants. We will definitely be staying again. Also, it's clearly pet friendly but we never heard any pets during our stay.

Really nice hotel and in the middle of mid town. A ton of walkable coffee shops, restaurants and bars in the vicinity.
Parking is way overpriced and expensive. The spots are also tiny and compact. Do valet - it's more cost effective than self parking ($48 vs $50).

We travel cross country with two dogs and a cat and this is our favorite pet friendly hotel.
The rooms have a southern, industrial, hipster casual is fancy. I love the hotel art. String art in the elevator room, hanging rock fireplace in the foyer, period themed portraits on the room floors and a book of the original in the foyer common area.
Meals are not included, there is a resturant that serves and amazing dinner & breakfast though its high priced for high quality. There are also tons of restaurants within walking distance. They do provide bottled water at the counter upon request, chilled and fruit water in the foyer and a free drink and snack happy hour from 5-6pm. This last one was bbq popcorn, wine and a winter rum punch.
The valet is over priced, but since street parking is almost impossible, its best to drop the 50$ a night.
The rooms, staff and your neighbors are super welcoming and pet friendly. The neighborhood is not. Great walking paths and crosswalks, but almost zero grass, tress and no public outdoor soace. There are two parks that are closed to the public. You can walk your dogs along the fence line to give them a pace to sniff and pee but it not ideal. The hotel provides a pee & poop area in the garage but it is inclosed and all fake grass. Even though its well maintained its smell & size are claustrophobic and our dogs don’t like it.
I feel very welcomed by the staff and they are alwats helpful. I have found that items requested by phone need to be asked for many times. Though if you go to the front desk its done right away.
A lot of amenities are free, if you ask. For example there is no coffee pot in the room, but they will send you one if you ask. You can have a crib included in the room, if you ask… They keep everything very minimalistic, and accommodate when asked. If you want the most out for your money ask for everything, there is a good chance it’s included but just not advertised.
The neighborhood has a strong nightlife. Good to go out while you pets enjoy a spacious room. Yet loud into the early morning once you go to sleep.
The view is a lovely urban city. Clean & pretty with big windows to enjoy it.
Rooms: Spacious, eco forward, pet friendly
Nearby activities: Bars, music, restaurants. Lots of ice cream, tacos & chicken.
Walkability: Wide, clean sidewalks with good crosswalks. Lots of rent a scooters.
Food & drinks: Pay to play resturant. Free cocktail hour & snack

I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant-Henley during my stay, my server Duncan was a delight. He provided great service and was friendly. I’d highly recommend the restaurant and hotel. It was wonderful to see all of the Christmas decorations too.

We stayed in a Double Queen Suite here for a long weekend, the room was beautiful with a separate living space and a tv in each room. We booked through Costco travel and had some extra perks, which the front desk staff was very patient in explaining. Vanessa at the front desk was particularly helpful answering about 3 to 4 daily requests from me and was extremely kind.
The only very minor feedback we would give is that the room robes were made of the stiffest fabric and the extra blankets we requested for our living space felt like carpet? Whoever is buying the auxiliary linens there seems to dream of wearing a burlap sac. Otherwise, 5 star stay!

We stayed for two days in November of 2024. Hotel is in a terrific neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants and Vanderbilt.
Really impressive restaurant (The Henley) inside the hotel. Highlight for us was breakfast with terrific service provided by Marissa. She made sure our day started off great.
Highly recommend this spot when visiting Nashville!
