State Farm just picked Husband and I up as a client. We knew nothing of a farm policy. Jackie called and walked us through it. It was her very first one too. However answered all my questions and the ones she didn't know she found out..... Will NEVER be a agent as good as Jackie. If you want the best call and ask for Jackie she absolutely will treat you right. Tracey

Jacqie from State Farm truly exemplified the “like a good neighbor, State Farm is there” slogan. She helped me secure and bundle insurance from business to auto, was very responsive and thorough, and made me feel comfortable and supported the entire time. Kim Appleton has been our insurance agent for several years and I have had no problems at all since I changed to State Farm. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of State Farm insurance policies and their requirements, etc. I hate shopping insurance company’s. And now, I don’t ever have to go through that again….

Customer service does not respond to countless emails or calls. Looks like this has been a problem for a while looking at other reviews. Rate changes are left without explanation or response when asking for one.
