As a designer, it is so important to me to bring my clients to vendors with great selection and great people to make the design experience enjoyable and fun. Kenny and Company has been one of those vendors for me for years now. Their material selection and team bring so much value to my projects, always making my clients comfortable. I’ve worked with Jennifer for some time now, and she is so knowledgeable about their whole inventory, which makes my job so easy. It’s always a joy to work with her (and all of the K&C team) to create beautiful spaces together.

We are renovating our master bath and I walked in to Kenny & Co not really knowing what they were…just on the hunt for tile, faucets, etc. The showroom is beautiful! I did not have an appointment (but realized walking in that I probably should have) but Kristen Edwards helped me, got me tile samples and gave me info on a few other items we needed. I ended up buying all our faucets and hardware through them because their prices were better than other places I checked. I would recommend them to anyone and we will return!

Excellent customer service! Can't say enough about the team at Kenny & Company and especially Steve Limberg! I have been working on a master bath remodel and had found just what I was looking for at Kenny & Company. Unfortunately, my tiler did not calculate the tile needs properly, which wasn't discovered until more than half the marble had been laid. Thankfully when I called and left an urgent message Steve quickly reached out to the marble supplier and saved the day. He was able to secure the remainder of the marble needed from the same marble lot. Appreciated his responsiveness on a Friday afternoon!

Beautiful showroom but the worst customer service I have ever had. Tried on a Friday to get a quote for a sink and availability and was told by Steve that he would call me. He did call but to order I needed to fill out some paperwork. Asked if we could do that by email ( I live an hour away). Said yes and would send everything I needed to complete and sign. When I received email, no attachments would open. Called Steve again. Said he would have someone else send paperwork, which he did and once again only received part of the paperwork needed to order sink. Finally I emailed Steve and told him I would come back in the following day ( not realizing they were closed on Saturday). Steve did not email me back. On Saturday, drove over an hour to store and they were closed. Called Steve on Monday. Said he would have to call me back. Waited about an hour then ordered sink elsewhere. Steve called back saying he was with two other customers. This experience with Steve left me feeling disrespected and ignored. There are to many places to shop in Nashville to put up with this behavior.

I purchased a sink from Kenny & Company recently. From the time I walked into the showroom until I walked out (less than 30 minutes!!) I was greeted and assisted by Anne Jackovich. She was so friendly and helpful. She found exactly what I was looking for and walked me through the process. The showroom is great!! This was my first trip to this company and I was immediately impressed with the layout, and variety of sinks, toilets, bathtubs - just everything you need to remodel a bathroom or kitchen. I'll definitely be back! Thanks also to the fabulous folks in the warehouse who waiting on me quickly and carried the sink to my car. Very polite. This could not have been a better experience!

I purchased hansgrohe fixtures for bath and shower 15 yrs ago from Kenny & Company. Over the years I've needed to do routine maintenance on valves as you would with any faucet. K&Co has always been extra helpful in finding the right replacement part. Most recently Keelie assisted me and my replacement parts came in the mail yesterday, unexpectedly and without charge. Their service and continued support have been stellar. I highly recommend them.

I love both Jennifer and Rylee at Kenny and Company! They are both SO kind, helpful, creative and knowledgeable - and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The showroom is gorgeous and they have a great range of product offerings to see in person, and even more that they can special order. Would definitely recommend them for any tile or plumbing needs!!!

I am very disappointed with the managerial service at Kenny and Company.I had to order over $300 worth of parts for my sink that would ultimately not work so I had to turn themIn for different parts that would cost me another $300 plus dollars and they refused to credit me for the original unused parts!!Horrible service other than Steve Limberg who was consistent in responding to me in a timely manner.I own my own business so I know how this all works. I believe in doing whatever it takes to satisfy the customer.This is completely unacceptable in my book and I had to wait 4.5 months to even receive the sink! They should have been bending over backwards for me!

A designer had recommended we use Kenny & Company for any bathroom needs for our larger remodel project. Even though the bathroom elements of our project were small, we found our sales rep Rylee very helpful and engaging. We will definitely be back when we have any needs in the future.
