All of the jewelry is handmade and if you don't see something you like, they can customize pieces for you. I went to the store in Franklin and the sales person was extremely knowledgeable. She helped me find the necklace I liked and then even let me pick out the stone to add. Since then, I have ordered a couple of different rings, one with an onyx stone and the hammered bands which I think are my favorite. They are reasonably priced and have a great selection. You won't be disappointed.

Got a ring a month ago. It's gorgeous but the gold is already rubbing off-- I can see the brass underneath. Contacted them about it and they just said "no the gold won't rub off." As if I'm just lying about it?

This place was pretty ok. We were getting a lower-cost engagement ring (bc I'm going to wear just the band) and the store wasn't super easy to work with: they were closed one day without any signs on the door, the phone often wasn't picked up, the resize took way longer than we were told, and then the new ring is uncomfortable and doesn't look nearly as neat or carefully made as the first ring (I assume because it was already bought). We almost asked for our money back on two occasions.Won't be buying here again but, given the price, I'm content enough with the ring. Definitely is more for fast-fashion or birthday gifts than what we went here for.UPDATE: Been wearing the ring for less than a month and the "gold" is already chipping off

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I stumbled upon this shop when visiting Nashville for work and purchased what would become my favorite necklace! I purchased birthstone charms of my kids birthdays. I had my own gold chain and added them to it. It was a simple purchase. But it became my everyday necklace and one that my kids love looking at and point out their birthdays. Fast forward TWO YEARS LATER and one of the three charms that I purchased broke. I emailed JB and they said I could send it in and they would fix it and I nervously sent it back AND THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID NO QUESTIONS ASKED FREE OF CHARGE. I am so grateful. They took a $40 customer and made me a raving fan! If you're in the area SHOP HERE! They are loyal and have great customer service. Thank you!

Great local jewelry spot. My boyfriend gifted me a bracelet and a necklace and I love both. Unfortunately, I am rough on my jewelry and in a few years time broke both. However, I brought them into the 12 south location for repair and was very impressed with the customer service. They fixed the necklace the same day. The bracelet repair took longer but when I got it back, it looked brand spankin’ new! I’m honestly not sure if it was repaired and cleaned or if they just gave me a new bracelet- that’s how good it looks. This is a store that clearly stands by their product.

I love this store! It is always so beautiful and the sales associates are very helpful. If they do not have something in your size or in stock, they always offer to make it for you. The quality of these pieces is amazing and they don't tarnish. Everyone has always been very personable and eager to help me. The store also smells amazing! Definitely a must if you are in the 12 South area.

Took a recent trip to Nashville and met a new local friend that suggested I check out Judith Bright jewelry. I was able to visit the 12 South store and the store at L&L Market and found some fun pieces! The jewelry is unique and beautiful, and is reasonably priced for the quality of the handcrafted items I bought. I am a silver and platinum kind of girl but I wanted to begin a gold collection since gold jewelry and mixed metals seems to be on trend right now. Personally, I was looking to add to my unique jewelry collection from artisans all over the United States and Judith Bright did not disappoint. In addition, the customer service in both stores was wonderful, very pleasant and helpful. Check them out y’all, it’s worth a look both in store and online!

Such a cute little store, really friendly staff and great merchandise. I found a ring that I really wanted but I didn’t have it in my size, so the young lady took it to this wonderful lady in the back and she made it my size right then and there. So accommodating. I love the ring so much my daughter ended up getting one just like it. Thank you for the great experience.
