Joslin and Sons was a great company to work with getting yard signs made for our school. Their creative team took our thoughts and created a fun, colorful sign that we love! They were easy to communicate with via email and phone, and they were very efficient with production. 100% would recommend them to anyone- the personalized service was wonderful.

In June of 2022, I dropped off a coors tennessee titans neon light to get repaired they told me 8 to 12 weeks to get repaired. That 8 to 12 weeks turned into a year. I got to pick up my light today, June 2023. I asked for a discount, and they said no. They did a great job fixing my light, but it took a year. Every time I called to check it, they told me that businesses come first, so they put me on the back burner again and again. I suggest that if you're not a business to find somewhere else to get your neon repaired

Not terribly ethical company management, staff are pleasant and competent - but if ethical dealings matter to you - do business elsewhere.Happy to update my review considering the half truth shared by Kayla. My husband was terminated, the very day he came home to care for his sick wife. Kayla was his direct supervisor, fully aware that he was leaving to check on me. She did not ask him to stay, she had up to this point been supportive and complimentary of his work. After having another member of management fire him, they dishonestly represented that he was terminated for cause to the unemployment office - but he left with Kayla's support - which prevented him from getting any of the paltry benefits unemployment provides. The motivation was not his being terminated (or I would have posted the review back in January when it happened), every company gets to make those choices for themselves, it was learning this week that they lied to the unemployment office. Dishonest, unethical and certainly not in any way charitable. I probably personally give as many dollars and as much time to the community as Joslin as a company does - that is really not the point.***5/27/23 - Kayla your lack of leadership maturity is evident in this post. I am happy to be able to defend every word written here in court. I have run businesses both small and large, I know the challenge and the only thing that brings us successfully through the hard times is our integrity. Your representations directly to Bil were at tremendous odds with what you choose to say here. You could not distinguish yourself as a leader apart from your aunt Terrie and Bil was just the collateral damage.

They have kindly donated beautifully well-made signage to Children's House of Nashville and supported important educational causes in the community. I am opening a new business, Sugaring NYC, in Franklin - Berry Farms. I could not be happier with the sign that Joslin did for us. It's amazing. Working with Mike Shea has been great as well. I will definitely use them for future projects.

Kayla and everyone at Joslin and Son Signs were an absolute dream to work with! From our initial phone call, the consultation, the design team, the production team and even the install everyone was very prompt and professional while being super personable and friendly. This company is TOP NOTCH for all of your sign needs. Family owned and locally operated, these are good people. Highly recommend and will work with them again!
