Super happy they could get me in and take care of me when I lost my glasses in a field while traveling out of state. All staff was awesome handling my Traumatic Brain Injury memory/cognition/hearing issues. Will definitely switch to them if I end up moving here.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles! It helped ease my mind as I have never had an eye exam before. The women at the front were extremely polite, personable, and helped calm my anxiety. The doctor was knowledgeable and went over everything step by step, asked if I had any questions and sent me with my prescription! I will recommend this office every time!

I recently relocated to the Nashville area and carried out some extensive research to find a new practitioner… so I’ll save you the task- appoint with this office they were phenomenal to say the least.Dr. Bishop was so personable and most informative !! I was thoroughly pleased with my comprehensive eye exam, with him. I left with more knowledge of my eye health than ever before. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and efficient.A1 customer service all around. I would highly recommend Johnson I-care located in the rear of the LensCrafters!!

I cannot begin to explain how much we appreciate the staff at this location. Everytis so kind and helpful. They truly go above and beyond the normal “customer service “ requirements. The doctor has a wonderful way of immediately putting you at ease. He explains everything so well, without coming across as lecturing. Our whole family has been for exams this year and we all feel the same. Thank you so much!
