He delivered as promised. I brought my bmw here for bullet hole repairs. I saved $8000 as other facilities were quoting me a much higher rate. He did the work within the week and the work is flawless! You cannot tell I had 5 bullet holes across the hood, fender, door and bumper.

I love JM body shop. I have used and trusted Juan and his crew for years, working on at least 3 of my personal vehicles, and 4+ for family and friends. They always do a great job. I've seen comments about "it takes a while" ect. But Juan has always given me an accurate time frame and he has always let me know ahead of time. This is a busy shop, and for good reason. So yes it may take a week or w for him to even get it in the shop but the a work, and the price, you cannot beat. I recommend JM to all my friends and family, and I take all of my personal vehicles there. Love this place.

The worst experience ever had, I left my car there for 3 months and it didn’t get fixed when I called he told me come pick your car up if u need it,I went there almost 3 time,that’s was wasting of time.

Very unresponsive. Took the time to drive there and get a quote and he told me to text pictures instead. Did that and after multiple texts and calls, ZERO response. If you're busy and can't do the job, just say so but the lack of basic customer service is inexcusable. Took my biz (2 cars) elsewhere.
