Ordered an Allison model 1000 transmission. Delivered next day. Waiting longer for radiator and transmission cooler than the Allison unit. I’ve always used and recommended Jasper. The fact that they R&D engines and transmissions and upgrade or beef up the typical failure spots will keep me coming back. This makes a 4.0l Jeep motor and an Allison transmission I’ve replaced. They also have a no beef warranty with replacement charges paid no matter where you are as long as it’s installed by an authorized Jasper installer and replaced by a Jasper installer should it fail.

They do not honor warranties. I was charged $3990 for a new motor. The motor they sold me failed. Called for warranty replacement. I was advised they couldn’t get parts and offered me a refund $3800 and if I wanted labor to be paid i would have to send them the core. Implying that if I just wanted the $3800 I wouldn’t have to send in a core. I called around to see how much I could get one for. Everywhere I called said it be $5000 if they could get parts. No one could get parts. Called jasper back and told them I would just take the $3800. They are now saying they would need a core before they could send me any money. So I’m left with a truck that loses oil pressure when it gets warm that I may be able to sale for a discounted price or I’m left with a truck with no motor that I can’t sale at all.

Awful service. My core was picked up a month ago and I still have not gotten my money back. Called today and they said my check will be going out tomorrow.

BUYER BEWARE: Jasper doesn't understand or care about what is truly right for their customers. They hide behind this warranty language instead. I paid over $8,000 to have a Jasper engine put in my 2005 Tacoma. I drove it for about 18 months and about 30k miles. The engine then blew up. The first time they stood behind their product and replaced it. It was discovered that there was a manufacturing flaw. Now here I am another 50k miles later and the second Jasper engine blown up. They tell me that since I am beyond the original 3 years and despite having replaced it 2 years ago and despite never reaching 100k miles they will only offer an 8% discount on a new engine. Why would anybody ever do that? I don't have the time and cannot afford to replace my engine every 18 months. What a scam! I will never buy another Jasper engine and I will suggest to everyone that I can they they find an alternate option.
