Worst customer service in America! Bad enough the employee smelled like he was allergic to deodorant. Just awful, his breathe was worse, it smelled like he just finished eating someone’s stinky butt.

I went in to by a Raz vape, opened the vape in the store make sure it worked.. it worked just fine.. left my trash on the counter, then proceeded to walk out of the store and the girl that was there made me throw it out while she is sitting there on her phone, scrolling or whatever she was doing. I’ve never had a bad experience in this store, the guys that work there normally are super nice and help me out with vape flavors. The girl that was there was super rude and was more worried about her phone than Y’all’s customers. My co worker was with me and will also be doing a review.

A female working at your store on 12/4 decided to call the fire department when my dog was sitting in my car in the parking lot as I ate next door. While I appreciate the misplaced concern, I did not appreciate that she lied and said the dog had been left for over an hour, which was false, after I was alerted in the restaurant by a firemanand went out to my car, your employee said I wasn't supposed to leave my dog in the car when it was under 50 degrees. I checked there is no law or ordinance stating this rule. So she wasted tax payer funds sending firemen out for no valid reason, lied about how long I was in the restaurant and made up some "safety rule" out of thin air or quite simply her idiotic mind. Speaking of mind, mind your own business, don't lie and know your facts. And f*** off

The customer service is AMAZING at this store. My favorite flavor of vape had been sold out for a couple of weeks. I was a little bummed because I go in every week and get my “Loops” flavored vape . I came in today, hoping they would have it. Unfortunately they didn’t BUT the owner called his warehouse and asked if I would be willing to wait 10 minutes so he could go pick up the flavor I wanted. This man went out of his way just to get me one vape. This is BEYOND satisfaction of customer service. Love the people that work here & the owner! ?
