Ordered a product online and did not receive an immediate order confirmation which all sites now do. I attempted to cancel order and couldn’t get in contact with anyone at the store for a week so I put a fraud alert on my credit card. Item finally ships then gets cancelled by owner due to my fraud alert. Owner takes it personally, accuses of stealing and is extremely rude and unprofessional via email. If owner had any sense he’d know once tracking information is provided to credit card company then fraud alert would be cancelled. I recommend avoiding doing business with this company and ignorant owner.

Placed a small order, was advised he was out of town but would ship Aug. 10th. Now Aug. 16th and no response via email and no response with phone calls. 1 week and nothing but money removed from my bank account. Glad only placed small order, but still not letting my money go. Will take appropriate channels with this matter. Use caution placing orders.
