“I’ve visited a lot of Verizon stores in my lifetime and this location was by far the best experience I’ve had. Les was my guy! Super down to earth and helpful with my upgrade and trade-in. He gave the complete opposite of “car salesman energy”. Instead of upselling me, he authentically answered all of my questions and pointed me in what I believe to be the right direction. I felt like I was talking to someone who was genuinely on “my team.”Accompanying him was Ronnie and Joel, who I also have nothing but good things to say about. Solid crew. Even if I end up moving a little further from this area, next time I need to go to Verizon, I’ll make the drive to the 8th Ave location and request these guys.”

“This store has employees willing to help, both knowledgeable and great attitudes. I went there for a friend having Wi-Fi issues while my friend was in the Hospital. It was sooo nice working with people that cared. I tried to use T-Mobile in Hendersonville, Indian Hills Blvd. for the same issue. The contrast in the two locations could not have been more different.
If you are looking for exceptional service or a new phone, look no further tha T-Mobile at this location.”

“I hate xfinity a bunch but the people at the stores at least make it a bit more tolerable. Not always a perfect experience but at least they do eventually get me taken care of as opposed to the people on the phone that just lead you in a circle for hours. I just wish xfinity would simplify their services and prices. It's so dumb to know exactly what I want and have to wait 10-15 minutes for the rep to try 5 different ways to bill it to see what gets me the best deal. Don't get me wrong I'm glad they do that for me but because it's so confusing sometimes they tell me one thing and it ends up being another and I can't even tell if they made the mistake or I misunderstood what they said. But overall if this store didn't exist I would have stopped being an xfinity customer years ago for sure.”
“Who knew setting up wifi would be so much fun? Shelton was great to deal with! He made my experience very fun! He was very honest about which plan I should do with what I use my wifi for and saved me some money on my streaming service platforms. (I didn’t even go in there for that) I am one happy customer!
