Hired through Lowes.The absolute worst communication and quality of work I've ever had to deal with.Over a month of trying to get my floor fixed after thier sloppy job. A member of management has yet to talk to me. They dodge my calls and I get told something different from every customer service rep I talk to.I could write an essay in everything that's wrong with using this company, but I don't want to wast any more of my time with themSeems like the place is ran by a bunch of amateurs.

Utilizes sub-contractors for flooring install - inconsistent quality. Lots of things were shottily done or damaged in my home as a result, and getting these issues resolved as part of my “warranty” takes excessive effort on my part. Will never use them again.
