Went to their open house today for their new large format printer. (Only one so far of its kind in the world!) Seeing the high quality that can be produced in seconds was amazing. Friendly staff eager to answer questions. Would definitely trust them to handle various types of print material. Well done Ingram!

One of the most disappointing companies with the worst customer service. Not only does this company know NOTHING about customer service, their products are of the lowest quality. We are NEVER going here again and I suggest that nobody else ever does either. We all need to demand respect when handing over their hard earned money since respect and quality is something this company does NOT offer. Be wise, spend your money at a better company.

Slow AND dishonest employees and management who have no ISSUE lying to your face or over the phone. We wanted a sign consisting of two vinyl panels that could be arranged to spell "FOR SALE" on one side and "OPEN HOUSE" on the other side. Since the sign was made of two panels, it was very important that each panel had the right words on it. So one panel had to have the words FOR and OPEN and the second panel the words SALE and HOUSE. I made up the artwork at home, basically large White letters on Black background, and we went to the store personally to explain all this and make sure it was abundantly clear what we needed. At the site we spoke to Adam and explained what we needed. He received the artwork, took copious notes and even sketched out how the panels should be printed to achieve the desired result. He then told us that the sign would be ready in 4 days, but that they would try to expedite it if possible. Lie No. 1: We were notified the sign was ready for pickup on day 3, but on day 4, after going to the store, we were given a bunch of excuses ranging from d*** to ridiculous why the signs were not there and that a courier was being dispatched to bring them, etc. Lie No. 2: Despite all the verbal instructions, written instructions, sketches, etc., the panels were printed with the wrong combination of words on them. We ended up with "FOR" and "SALE" on the opposite sides of one panel and "OPEN" and "HOUSE" on the opposite sides of the other panel, and the only grammatically correct resulting signs would be either "FOR HOUSE" or "SALE OPEN", which were pretty useless to us. In an apparent effort to avoid confessing to this idiotic mistake, they decided to print two additional, and equally incorrect, panels for us (for no additional charge, they graciously informed us), so that we can combine them to get the desired effect. I can only suspect that this so-called solution may have been the proximate cause of the delay that led to lie no. 1.

I had to personally deal with the owner, Adam Ingram. He is rude, obnoxious and does not care about his customers. I saw him screaming at his employees for eating! He charges an obscene amount of money for less than mediocre signs. I ordered a sign from Ingram for a promotion my store was running and it started coming apart the day I got it. They use cheap materials that probably come from somewhere in China. I will never be going back to Ingram Express. They are terrible.
