Had a great experience here. It was right near everything but just out of the way enough to not be in the mix of everything. People were very nice and kind. The room was clean and convenient. We definitely will look into staying here again when we visit Nashville.

The shining star of this place is Gabe, the hotel lobby bartender. Not only does he give top-notch service but we felt immediately at home in his presence. Would definitely return.

Easy walk to many fine attractions. The Bridgestone Arena, Broadway. The rooms was well equipped for service if needed. Clean. Loved the glass shower doors w/ plenty of room throughout my entire space. W/ the living room/ tv/ kitchen bar/ heating plate and option to use the coffee maker made for coming home very comfortable. I found that the HYATT HOUSE and their complete staff were welcoming and helpful. I'm glad to have chosen this as my hotel. It's close to nice dinner places and not too far from Martin's or The Donut Parlor.

This is a nice hotel a fairly lengthy walk to the Broadway area where all the entertainment is but it is very nice and includes a free breakfast.For younger folks the walk is probably a breeze. But for older folks it is a bit of a hike. Otherwise it is pretty nice.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great amenities and good location. Overall great value.Safety: Elevator access to rooms requires key card. Outside doors lock at 10 and require keyboard.

The Hotel is in a great location. It's located within walking distance of several restaurants and City Winery. There is a bar in the hotel and I had the best lemon drop. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff, especially Kelvin, was very helpful. There was only one downside, the breakfast was horrible, and I mean horrible. So during my stay I had to leave the property to get breakfast. The coffee was OK though. There is on-site parking at $45 per night.Walkability: Located around many restaurants and City Winery

The hotel is walkable to the main attraction. I got the studio two queen beds. The room was nice. It had a kitchen with all the appliances and utensils. The room service is every three days. Small services like removing the trash and making the bed on the five days are cleaning everything. I love having a microwave to heat the leftovers. Complimentary breakfast: they have different hours on the weekend and weeks.Rooms: studio like with all the appliances.Walkability: Broadway

Highly recommend staying here for your Nashville trip. It’s close enough to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena and Music Hall of Fame that you don’t need to drive anywhere, but still far enough away you don’t hear all the night life. The breakfast was one of the better ones that we have had and there was adequate public space in the hotel for our little ones to roam about when they needed a break.Downsides during our stay was that the pool heater was broken so our children could not really swim, the price of parking is a bit over the top, the restaurant was not open during lunch hours and the one lady working the front desk never smiled but was very helpful—just blunt.Rooms: Newly renovated bathroomsNearby activities: BroadwayCountry Music Hall of FameBridgestone arenaMusic City CentreWalkability: About 15 minute walks to more adult centred attractions10 minute drives to Walmart, Walgreens, grocery

The hotel itself was superb! The customer service was excellent. Upon check in, Manger Kelvin Butler gave TOP NOTCH service!! He was very professional, pleasant and personable! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and Kelvin went out of his way to make sure we enjoy it to the fullest! The room was absolutely amazing, clean and very spacious! We will definitely tell everyone we know about this amazing establishment!!

Do not recommend this hotel. Location is good and front desk are helpful. But the room floor is sticky. Did not make bed at the time of room service. The hotel did not respond email for an inquiry with an issue I have.
