Pros: The location was great, the room was spacious, quiet, and the bed was comfortable
My only con is that upon entering my room I opened my mini fridge and it had not been cleaned out. It contained a previous guest’s half eaten old leftovers. I was grossed out and it definitely made me skeptical about how well my room was actually cleaned by housekeeping.
Safety: Gated parking lot

I travel a lot and this hotel was amazing! They even have a shuttle to take you to the airport. Chris the Shuttle driver was so friendly and professional.

The rooms are clean and spacious, they also smell really good.
The receptionist, even though she was most of the time alone, was attentive, picking up calls, talking with the guests, letting people in, and doing all of this always with a smile. I won't lie that I wish she had more than one person at the time. (I came here at night time)
The dogs' area is always clean, and they have a really good area just for them.
The parking are protected.
Their breakfast is Devine, and even have someone cooking omelets for you
Rooms: Spacious and clean.
Safety: They have their own parking and are behind a gate + protected.
Food and drinks: They have a great variety of options available for breakfast and have a small shop for afterward with lots of options. The breakfast becomes a small hangout & bar after 5. From five to eight, they have a happy hour, two two-for-one draft beers, house wine, and $5 mixed drinks. They are open until 10:00 pm.

I enjoyed staying here for 2 nights- nice indoor pool, small indoor gym, bar, delicious fresh breakfast with plenty of options! The room was nice and cozy with plenty of storage clothing and amenities- microwave, mini fridge, Chromecast TV, desk, couch, nice big shower and lights. Walls are a little thin but still super quiet and great value.
Safety: You use your hotel key to swipe in the front security gate.
Food and drinks: Bar in the front lobby, has happy hour drinks.

Safety: Very safe
Walkability: Not walkable. Far from downtown
Food and drinks: Drinks were awesome. Breakfast was good, too. Plenty of choice and healthy options.
Noteworthy details: Happy hour 5-8 and sometimes 2 for 1 drinks

My flight was canceled and I’m not able to make it to my booking here and I’ve been on the phone with them for half an hour just for them to say that we aren’t the right branch since we booked through Expedia. Then after calling Expedia they ended up having to call the branch themselves and stayed on the line for another 30 min just for them to answer the girl, not give any name or anyway of identifying herself and closed the call. I tried calling again and no answer. If you are going to book for a hotel vacation in Nashville, do not book this hotel. I don’t write reviews often but this place was just so ridiculous to the point I have to let others know.

Absolutely the worst stay and hotel of my life. The heater was stuck on in our room, while it was 95 degrees outside. The customer service said there is nothing they can do, that the hotel is booked, but yet the parking lot is empty. Just in case the flight crews need some place to stay, they have to save rooms. Forget the customer that's already there. What a joke, do NOT book here.

Very nice modern hotel. Stayed on night to attend a convention at the Fairgrounds. The location is about ten minutes away from Broadway, Opryland, fairgrounds. The lobby has a good bar, and front staff was very friendly. Indoor pool. Room was comfy and updated with a great shower with plenty of outlets to charge phones. I also seen a shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was delicious. Located in a commercial complex so it's quiet with free parking.

The hotel refused to honor my cancellation request due to a simple error and now I am out $165 for nothing. Was needing a place to stay for 1 night, my colleague and I both planned on splitting a room and accidentally completed two bookings. Once we realized we had booked two rooms, I immediately called within 5 minutes to cancel the one I had booked. After being all but guaranteed by both Expedia and Hyatt House that I would receive a refund, I was put through the ringer for the next 4 months and denied my refund on several occasions. I understand mistakes happen and you may have your policies in place, but I feel as if I’ve been robbed of $165 for a booking I had for no longer than 5 minutes. And I STILL stayed and paid for a room in your hotel with my colleague. What work was done during those 5 minutes on the hotels end to constitute receiving my hard earned money? I frequently travel to Nashville for business, and will never even consider a room here again. Please treat your customers with a little more respect and understanding, I’d appreciate if someone could reach out to solve this as you’ve contested my several credit card disputes, emails, phone calls, and attempts to get this rectified.

Place so nice, we stayed here twice! This location was our first stop for our road trip, and we loved it so much, we canceled our other reservation to stay here on our trip back home! Our first room was clean and spacious for our family of 5. Our second room was similar, just slightly smaller. There was on slight issue with the nightstand drawer opening on its own, so we had to block it with our luggage. Other than that, this Hyatt has great customer service, decent breakfast, and love that the parking lot is secure.
