Walked out with three pairs of shoes for what I was expecting to pay for one! The staff were all attentive & helpful. Paris who checked us out, couldn’t have been nicer & even kept our kids entertained while my wife and I tried on shoes!

I had a great experience at the Opry Mills Mall Merrell location. They were friendly and we were greeted upon entering the store. I was trying out this brand for the first time as a birthday present from my Dad and the associate was able to answer all my questions. The manager explained the sale going on (which was great) and store matching policies as well. They also had a stain spray for the hiking boots since I got a multicolored boot!

Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, store is very clean. Price and promotion are fair compared to other shoe retailers stores. If you need great shoes go to Merrell, we love them.

The dark-haired man who attended me was very, very friendly, as well as being an excellent salesman, he convinced me to buy another pair of boots for my son, without understanding my language, he did everything possible For helping me, today you go to many stores and people don't even want to work, while he was always there! That was yesterday at Opry Mill Congratulations they should hire more people like that

Had a terrible experience with a younger salsa associate last month I came in to purchase matching hiking shoes for our family of 5 and was told that I wasn't educated enough to clean these shoes.

Nice store friendly staff…BUT. So not impressed that every island in the store has banners “Buy one pair get 40% off the second pair”. It’s EVERYWHERE in the store! But it’s full of exceptions! If the price does not end with 99 then it does not apply. And obviously the pair you want does not end with 99, so it’s false advertising and deceiving to say the least. Why not put the sign where the promo applies and not put it where it doesn’t. You feel ripped off when you have spent over $300 and no promo applies to your purchase. Bad corporate move IMO. Will make me think twice before going there again. Just beware.
