I had a frustrating experience at this tire shop that left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite visiting daily for a week, they consistently misdiagnosed issues, first recommending new rims, then insisting on new tires. The problem persisted, leading to another round of visits where they promised to fix the front wheels, only to backtrack the next day, suggesting I buy another new rim. Despite repeatedly asking the manager to check all four wheels thoroughly, I continued to encounter problems. The lack of accurate diagnosis and constant upselling left me feeling misled and compelled to spend more time and money than necessary. To add to the frustration, the manager showcased a surprising level of incompetence by ordering the wrong rim despite having a picture of my specific rim. This blatant oversight not only extended the ordeal but also highlighted a lack of attention to detail. When the replacement wheel finally arrived, it turned out to be defective. Despite the inconvenience caused by their mistakes, the manager refused to expedite the shipment of a new wheel, further prolonging the resolution process. This lack of urgency and accountability demonstrated a disregard for customer satisfaction and a failure to rectify their own errors promptly. The overall experience with this tire shop was marred by a series of mishaps, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied with their service. Adding to the frustration, the shop displayed incorrect service hours both at the store and online. When I arrived an hour before closing, there was no one available to perform the work, highlighting their lack of organization. The most disheartening aspect was the shop's unsympathetic approach, disregarding the time and money I invested. This experience left me questioning their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would strongly caution others against choosing this tire shop for their automotive needs.

I went in to get my wheels powder coated in black and was thrilled with the result. I did research around town and found that Hubcap Heaven and Wheels was priced the lowest. They were able to do an incredible job in under 24 hours. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is a rip off. I paid to have my rim straightened. When the wheel still kept riding funny I took it to a different mechanic who told me they just heated it up and smacked it with a hammer. Didn't fix anything, total waste of money

They fixed and painted my rim scratch in a few hours. Very nice and friendly service with everyone I interacted with.. from the calls to the drop off and pick up. Also, cheaper than it would have been at my dealership.

This place was able to do what no one else could, find us a wheel. Great price and great service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Nashville area or anyone traveling through.

Worst customer service ever, people are RUDE when you call them. You send an inquiry and email to Lennie and never receive a return email nor call about the inquiry. The lady for customer service is argumentative. There advertisement is confusing and thought I was getting a set of 4 and only received 1. Got an entire set for less than double the cost. Don't be fooled by this company. The do not want to refund your money for any reason. Then they charge you for the return shipping and restocking fee so you get nearly nothing back for a refund. BUYER BEWARE

Type in correct information for my car and paid for it they didn’t even tell me it was delivered and sent wrong piece and made me pay to ship back as well. So inconvenient!

Hubcap heaven provided a great service repairing 3 of my bent 22" rims. I took them to several other shops and they told me they could not be repaired. A friend recommended me give them a try and they done an outstanding job on my rims. They look like they were never bent on both the outer lip and inside lip of the rim. Great hometown garage and I highly recommend their services for anyone that has a bent or damaged rim. Great job guys, impressive work..... check out the images for yourself. These rims are about 5 years old...

I thought they’re legit good company but i was wrong. They couldn’t fix my 3 wheels and still charged me a lot! No communication they assume they can bill you for checking your tires. I run a car rental company over 30 cars and i’ll move my business somewhere else!!
