Do not seem knowledgeable in tax preparation. Has not been able to complete our return. When asked if it would be completed by the deadline, I was told "I hope so." After 3 hours with our tax preparer and now on my second day of waiting with no update, I have no confidence that our tax return will be prepared on-time nor correctly.

Have made a mess of my taxes. I was misadvised by their master tax advisor about a state filing and after approaching them about the collections letter I’ve received from the state, they not only take no recourse or action but then pass me on to another tax advisor who after 3 weeks fails to complete the task, answer calls, or follow through on their word. I’ve decided after 7 years with H&R Block that they are fairly terrible at helping entrepreneurs across all stages of business. So if you do anything outside of the ordinary, steer clear.

Made an appointment to review our filing. Office closed with no personnel present at time and date of appointment. Called number multiple times with no ability to leave a message. Google suite listing is also incorrect, and QR code posted on door went to defunct website.

I dropped my information off on 3-9-21 and was told it would be ready on 3-11-21. on 3-12 I called to follow up if there was any other information needed. NO CALL BACK. I called again on 3-12... NO CALL BACK.. I called on 3-15 and finally was called back for an appointment on 3-16 were I then spent an hour and was ask for more documents. I will do my own taxes with turbo tax in the future as I can do them cheaper and know as much or more than the associate that helped us.
