I waited almost an hour for my appointment only to be told the tax pro wouldn’t be able to work with me because they were busy. Then, when I tried to call the office later to follow up via phone, no one answered my call. Incredibly unprofessional.

This is the second year me and my husband has gone here. First year, they input the account number for our bank which made our refund not get deposited. We had to get a paper check. We paid a direct deposit fee that was never refunded. This year they entered the W2 info wrong. Now we have to do an amended return. Will never go back. We paid 150 for nothing but trouble!!!!!

My tax pro couldn't get my taxes right and it makes me think it's some scamming stuff going on and as she was preparing my taxes on the computer I was only seeing what she wanted me to see but don't get me wrong she was very kind I just feel like she didn't know what she was doing and still haven't called me to let me know if she had got my taxes amended

Very rude and not helpful at all. Pretty much ran me off because he was so rude , rolled his eyes even the lady at the front desk was rude! I use h and r block every year and I've never had this issue . This is the only and last time I will evey come to the 8th Ave location

It took this guy 4 weeks till the very last day to file my taxes I almost missed the dead line. He missed every single video call and meeting. And never called me once!!! I will never use this place again

You are the worst of all tax preparers. I give your preparer multiple I'd verifications and he spells my name wrong causing me to become harassed repeatedly at work about IRS denying Charles Gooch paid work. Then I received notification that my direct deposit has been rejected due to error. My bank states they see no rejections meaning he gave them the wrong account and routing numbers. I provided Charles Gooch with the very same card written by my bank representatives of this vital information. How did he make all these errors as a professional?

It is a very important company but it only has one mistake: the very high charge to prepare the taxes each year from $100 to $80 dollars is not acceptable the correct price would be from $40 dollars to 50 dollars this would be the best price I hope they soon exceed this mistake thanks
