Do not join! I was never informed of the wildly expensive cancellation fee. It’s over 100$ to cancel your membership. I was just hoping to do the 29$ January offer. I made that very clear upon first signing up. I have been charged every month for a full price membership ever since January.

DO NOT OPEN A MEMEBRSHIP HERE
I usually don't do things like this but the owner Jacob Kelsoe has blocked my emails and continues to take money from my account through different locations. I'm feeling violated at this point. He's just a greedy business boy. He's not even a fitness person. This article is full of lies.
I have made it very clear that I no longer want to be a member. Due to the lack of cleanliness and the poor quality of the videos. It was a bad experience. However, when I signed up on-line it was stated that I had to commit to 90 days before cancelling and I did that. Within that 90 days I accessed the gym twice. I reached out to cancel and the girl told me if have to buy out of my membership(2 months worth) or pay $100 to get out immediately. I was not aware of that and told her that was not ok with me. Your establishment co tiniest to charge my card and get declined but now you have misused my card information and used it for another location, in which I do not have a membership, all to access $59. I can understand why you would need that money, however, to rob me and go to such lengths to squeeze not even $50 out of a client is beyond desperate...it’s bad business practices.
I have I formed my bank of your actions and they will be reporting you to the BBB along with flagging HotWorx on my account. Again, I DO NOT WISH TO CONTINUE MY MEMEBERSHIP WITH HOTWORX. Not only due to cleanliness and functionality of the space but the bad business practices and unethical measures you have gone to to retrieve $59.

Midtown was the first Hotworx studio I visited when it first opened, and I can tell you I don’t regret one second of being a member. I I love it! If you haven’t yet given it a try, do yourself a favor and get in there soon. The benefits are well worth it.

was my first time visiting this location and i was grossed out ?. granted i was only in one sauna but i can only assume the rest are in a similar state. i used to frequent the murfreesboro location and i didn’t think there would be such a difference in upkeep across locations?? also, the sauna controls had broken buttons (although still functional) which was a surprise to see but i guess makes sense since it doesn’t seem like these saunas are given much love (not really as serious imo but worth mentioning). i’ve seen this hotworx location reply to a previous review stating similar things about cleanliness. i’m hopeful that there will be some change at least in regards to cleanliness ?.

I enjoy HOTWORX and the classes, but the midtown location is rough. There is visible dust and debris in the saunas, it’s extremely unclean, and just overall unsanitary. The Franklin location is AMAZING, but it’s so far away from me. I wish the Midtown location had cold towels like Franklin one does. They also don’t validate parking which is extremely frustrating and frankly unacceptable.

I came with Studio V and did the HIIT cycling class twice! I was sweating the whole time but the class itself was very fun. I got such a good workout and I feel incredible!
