So hit huge pot hole on i40 right before 46th ave exit. Busted 2 tires. Thank you so much to these wonderful people who came within 30 minutes. 2 of the kindest people I have had the pleasure to meet! Would recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Brian was amazing. I got a car stuck and wasn’t sure it would even be possible to get it unstuck. He showed up in less than 20 minutes and was able to get us back on the road again quickly. He saved the day - I thought we might be there for hours. Thanks Brian!

Was having such a bad day with my car breaking down for the second time, but these guys made me feel whole lot better. These are genuine good people, and I appreciate the extra time they took to give me recommendations and provide insight to my particular issue. The service was excellent, they know what they are doing and you will be in great hands.

DO NOT RECOMMEND — I was told 45min -1 hr wait which was totally fine and was 1.8miles away from towing business. I was NEVER told about a cancellation fee of 65$ at any point in time.
I called 1hr 40min later and was told it would atleast be another 45 minutes. I explained I have another option and to go ahead and cancel for my pickup. I got a call back stating my card would be charged 65$ for cancelling. —DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to wait for non estimated wait times and pricy pickup.

Very thankful for these guys at Hook ‘Em Up Towing! My car broke down on New Year’s Day, gave them a call, and they were able to help me out! Took a couple hours for them to get to my vehicle, due to high demand and being a holiday, but great service and friendly attitudes! They gave me suggestions on auto shops to take the car to based off its conditions. Overall very helpful, trustworthy, and would recommend them to everyone!

Hands down one of the best tow companies ive ever used. I will definitely recommend these guys to other people in the area. So far they have towed 2 of my vehicles the first tow was my 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS when my starter failed. And my one of a kind Mustang shelby gt500. Its pretty hard to find a tow company that is willing to go the extra mile to transport a vehicle with as such care as these guys did. Thanks again Hook Em' Up Towing perfect service 5/5 Stars.

Read whole review-GO ELSEWHERE. Terrible, rude “owner”, careless contractor who can’t judge clearance.I knew it was a bad sign when their driver showed up around midnight after we were told it would be towed by 7pm. In transit, they damaged my car by driving under/against the trees at the mechanic shop. When I picked up my car the next day, I saw the damage and immediately called Hook ‘Em Up, and was assured the owner would call me back to discuss my concerns. I also left two emails. Not only did he never respond, when I call back the “wife” said “Oh he’s been out of town/we have dashcams/we took pictures/damage was already there” but is unable to answer where the specific damage is or provide the proof. It was just a bunch of deflection instead of providing customer service. When asked if she could tell me what the damage looked like (since she allegedly has documented it) she hung up, then blocked my number.(Hi, do you think that’s going to help?)Don’t risk your vehicle and go to a professional company that actually owns their fleet and has a legitimate brand, not an incompetent “co-owner”.
