We reserved a room in advance. Drove from out of state for a concert. Location was great as we were able to walk to the venue. However, we were unable to check in via the Hilton app. It stated to stop at the desk for check in. Tried to check in after the show, was told no rooms available. We ended up driving 5 hrs home. Then Hilton billed my credit card $475 for a room I never even had or used. Contacted Hilton customer service and they said my reservation was canceled and because it was less than 24 hrs, it was their policy to charge full price! Never had an issue with Hilton until now. Be warned if you have issue getting checked in, you'll probably be charged full price anyway!

We loved our stay. 12 person bachelorette! We slept comfortably across two suites. We had such a special weekend thanks to the staff! They gave great advice and we felt safe and happy in the hotel. Good food all around and places to have a drink. Complimentary breakfast went above and beyond and rooms felt clean. Highly recommend.Safety: Felt very secure.Food & drinks: Great taco truck down the street for all indulgences at any hour. The lobby you can buy beer and snacks at any hour.

This hotel was spotless, had a lot of great amenities, and a nearly unbeatable location, 2 blocks from Bridgestone Arena. I'll stay here again next time I am in Nashville. The room was large, had a mini kitchen and a nice, big TV.The breakfast had a wide selection of items and was well-stocked.I used the fitness room, pool tables, and foosball. The pool was a little small and I didn't use it or see anyone there. The surrounding area of the pool was nice. The parking situation was great. It was a nice, clean, secure (with a locking garage door) underground lot and was $35 a night for diamond members, and $39 for others. This also included in/out privileges and easy access to your vehicle at any time. I hate staying at places that are valet only and take your car to some unknown location. I also noticed you can park there daily if you aren't a guest, for $15, up to 8 hours. I will keep this in mind in the future.Rooms: They were pristine and large.Nearby activities: It's close to all the activities but just far enough that you won't be disturbed at night.Walkability: The honky tonks and Bridgestone Arena are a 5-10 minute walk.

Our stay was great.-Location was close enough to walk to Broadway, but far enough away that the noise didn't keep us up. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby.-Rooms were clean and well appointed.-The hotel breakfast was great and had a ton of options.-The outdoor pool area was nice. The pool itself is a little small but wasn't crowded. The area surrounding the pool had plenty of seating.-There were plenty of spots in the attached parking garage even during a busy weekend stay. The spots are narrow but it works.-The staff were friendly. Olivia checked us in and was super sweet to our 2 year old.Rooms: Rooms were clean and well appointed.Walkability: Location was close enough to walk to Broadway, but far enough away that the noise didn't keep us up. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby.Food & drinks: The hotel breakfast was great and had a ton of options.

We had issue with our reservation at other Hilton property, our fault, not Hilton error. One Hilton worked with Home2 Suite Hilton in downtown Nashville to take care of our needs......FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, clean rooms, great

We loved our stay at the Home2 Suites for the Ed Sheeran concert at Nissan stadium. We did opt for the $39 Dollar garage parking for convenience - you do have unlimited in and out priviledges which we did not use.Check in was a breeze and although we arrived almost 3 hours early our room was ready. The room and bathroom were spotless. The room itself was spacious and convenient with the little kitchen with microwave and fridge/freezer. There was also a desk, good counterspace and as well as drawers. We only looked at the pool on the 2nd floor, but it looked clean and basically like a giant hot tub. There are also 2 bbq grills, a fireplace and some seating.Bridgestone arena is a 5 minute walk away, Broadway about 10 minutes. And it was a 20 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge to the Nissan stadium. We always felt safe at the hotel, the garage has doors and at night you can only get into the hotel with your key card. You also need your key card to access the guestroom floors and the pool area. They hav2 a good selection of snacks available, but they come at a price. However, throughout the day they always had free coffee, water, apples, bananas and mini muffins availableThe breakfast in the morning was amazing! Although it was super busy, there was plenty of food available with a lot of hot options (scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage and turkey sausage, western omeletes, home fries etc), with plenty of seating and everything was kept clean and refilled. It was an amazing stay at the Home2 Suites, everyone we've encountered was helpful and polite and this hotel will be our #1 choice for Nashville in the future. The only thing you might need is some patience for the elevators - we had to wait about 5 minutes during the checkout rush.

Had a issue with the toilet, it was rocking back and forth. They gave us another room and it was nice. There is a few issues, we had 5 guests and they only put 3 towels in the room. They said that was standard. The ironing board was broke but I didn't complain about that. The last thing is that the bathroom doesn't have exhaust fans and it get really hot and steamy and you have to leave the door open while showering which isn't a good idea when we had a man, women and kids. The hotel was very nice and had games and a exercise room. I recommend it. I would stay again. ThanksNearby activities: Close to everythingWalkability: Walkable to pretty much everything

One of the best downtown hotels I have stayed in in any city recently. It is in the perfect location so you are within a short walk to the madness of Honky Tonk USA if that's your thing, but far enough away where the noise and congestion and bachelorette parties isn't an issue. The staff is also super responsive and very friendly. Breakfast is great. The vibe is great. All around great!

Do not stay at this hotel. I rented the largest room in home2 suites for myself, my partner and a couple that was with us. The room was beautiful and breakfast was amazing. That being said, the staff at check in was awful. We were told at 11:30 that we could check into our room at 12:30 since it was clean and just needed to be inspected. When we returned, Bobby Jones, the front desk manager, told us it still wasn’t ready. I asked him to call and ask them to inspect the room as we needed to get ready for a wedding event and we were told we could access the room. He told me it was “out of his hands” and never made a call. He then proceeded to walk around the lobby and say hello to everyone else around us and check on their rooms (including people who were talking to us) but never once provided us an update. When I emailed the general manager, Megan Walker, she had Bobby reach out to me to apologize for the interaction. He then promised to send a gift bag as an apology for the poor experience which never arrived. When I asked about it, because my guests that I was hosting were really turned off by the check in interactions, Bobby and Megan ghosted me despite me seeing him working the entire time. I’m a diamond hilton honors member and have never had such a bad experience. You can look at my review history, I’ve never said don’t stay somewhere but I’ll say it here. DO NOT stay here.

We loved our stay, my kids loved the games downstairs. We liked being so close to Broadway and felt very safe at all times. The parking was a little expensive, but I would happily pay it every time for the convenience and the sense of safety.

Recently stayed at Home2Suites in Nashville and have never had a better experience at a hotel. The hospitality shown at this location made our trip so memorable. All of the staff was great, but I would like to specifically call out Kevon. Kevon was spectacular. It was our friend's birthday and Kevon and staff went out of their way to show her birthday love. Kevon sang "happy birthday" and took time out of the busy day to check in with us and make us feel like the only guests in the hotel. What a great vibe and close to Broadway. If/ when I return to Nashville, I will stay at Home2Suites. Kevon is a shining star!
