In this day and age, with many appliances needing to be ordered, and with product knowledge and customer service being hard to find, Bill is a wonderful asset to Bellevue Home Depot, and I'm glad I chose Home Depot over the competitor a few miles up the road!”

“Had an issue with One Coat guaranteed paint *not a quality issue* my daughter purchased. Behr rep (Alonso?) was present and was very friendly and understanding. He explained that the One Coat paints are only guaranteed with the Dynasty or Marquee colors. The person who sold the paint didn’t seem to know that. He spoke to the manager, Tracy, who was also friendly and understanding. They were able to solve my problem beyond my expectation and were completely customer focused. They even said to each other that they needed to add the one coat coverage info in their trainings. I left the store beyond satisfied with the resolution and appreciative that REAL customer service still exists! Thanks Home Depot!”

“Went to get some paint to paint my living room the paint rep was very professional did a great job of mixing the paint it looks great on my wall play they helped me to pick out what I needed answered my questions didn't take very long maybe 10 minutes even sent me a 10% coupon in the mail so they have my vote.”
“My wife was looking for an item for our door and she had a couple of employees help her. The first young man was very helpful with assisting her find the product.This store didn't have it so a customer suggested wood glue for our problem. Another employee which was a young lady took her to that department. So my wife is telling me while deciding what kind to buy, a young man was helping another customer and she asked him what kind did he suggest. He knew exactly what the problem was with our door and gave her the kind he said he has used. She said all was helpful but Josh was all about helping. Told her exactly what to do when she got home and it worked well.. Thanks Josh because she was about to drive me crazy!!”
