Amanda is friendly with Great Customer service. She takes her time and make sure nails are even when she cuts and file them. Dip isn't thick when she puts on. Doesn't use the drill. Shop is clean. They are very professional. Glad I was referred to them. Will continue to service there business.

After my pedicure the male owner couldn’t understand what I was asking for, and when I tried to explain he upped my charge! Over $100 for glitter nails and $30 for 2 accent nails? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! The pedicure was okay, but to drill my natural nails then deny me service because you have an impeccable language barrier isn’t a great look. Why they didn’t have a printed menu beats me - if you want good nails for cheap go to the salon across the street by Plato's Closet

I love this place! I’ve been coming here since I was maybe 15 -16 and I’m now 28. I live across town and I still go there! They have always been so welcoming and so great at their work! Go visit now!

We called in advance to check if they accept walk-ins. They said they did so we came, just for them to tell us they don't accept walk-ins. A waste of time.

I am a strong believer in reading reviews, so that’s where I started. I read the reviews for Holly’s Spa & Nails and the people said asked for Amanda or Jack. So, I did just that. I called at 5:17 and asked for Amanda or Jack, they told me 15 minutes, so I ran to Kroger. Headed to the nail salon and Jack was just finishing up. Told him what I wanted and he set me up to soak off my old dip set. Amanda came in and gave me EXACTLY what I showed her in the picture. She went the extra mile to ensure each nail was the proper length and that each nail was smooth and shaped the same. She was so gentle! No cuts or bleeds. I will definitely be back so, y’all should definitely go. Ask for Amanda! Or Jack and they’ll take care of you.

I got charge 50 for a full set short natural full set in polish not even nice on my nails acrylic so thick and my finger have any cut on the side

I’ve come to Holly’s a few times to get dip overlay and pedicures. It’s always hit or miss. I got my nails, toes, and eyebrows done that took 3 hours. My nails turned out nice. The next day my toes were chipping and my eyebrows don’t look like they were done at all. I went back today to ask if they could fix my chipped toes and they said “ok”. I waited for 40 mins for them to tell me to fix my toes would be $5 because it wasn’t gel polish. I would understand if I had my toes done for several days but after a day was the ultimate disappointment and slap in the face since I spent over $120. I will never come back again. Owners rude and unprofessional. Go anywhere but here. Not worth it at ALL!Services: Pedicure
