Recently stayed here for 5 nights and was very impressed! The whole hotel has been renovated. We stayed on the top floor and had a very nice, clean and perfectly quiet room (even with the train going by, which by the way, did not blow its whistle once).
The whole floor was perfectly quiet, not one issue. The beds were very comfy. The housekeeping was excellent! The staff did an amazing job - we had no issues - they were very thorough.
Location was great for us with a brand new Tanger Outlets right near by with lots of great shopping, restaurants and a beautiful outdoor sitting area and play area.
The only two negatives I would say is that the pool area was very basic with no bathrooms in the pool area (they are down the hall) and the breakfast was so-so -- lots to choose from but the hot items are a lower-end quality (powdered/frozen eggs, etc) and the one gentleman who was on breakfast duty the one morning was very unmotivated and not pleasant or helpful.
Other than that, I would recommend staying here.

I stay at my share of HIE, and gotta say, Antioch was disappointing. Location was good, easy to get to the airport for my flight, nice and quiet rooms, just off the interstate and lots of dining options around to choose from.
But, hot water! Why do you have to have a regulator/governor on your shower hot water? I know the water can get past warm, I can get it out of the sink nice and hot, but in the tub/shower, the best is lukewarm. Horrible. You aren't the only HIE that does this, it's a practice that needs to stop. I'm an adult, I can determine the temperature of my shower. I don't need the hotel to decide that warm is good enough. I travel all day, I would like a nice hot shower to get the road off. And in the morning... yeah, what a nasty way to start the day, with a cool shower. Ugh.
I was also not impressed with the lack of choices in the breakfast area on Saturday. The std cinnamon roles where there, but very little other options. No brown sugar, no oatmeal, no chocolate milk, no sausage gravy. Very underwhelming.
This HIE won't be my first choice next time in Nashville. I'll try another.

10/10 would recommend to everyone.
Rooms: The rooms were very clean and you can tell they take pride in it.
Safety: A night time patrol drove the parking lot which made me feel a lot more comfortable while visiting from out of town.
Noteworthy details: They asked us how many dogs we had, and they had doggy bags made up to give each one. I even got a goody bag for being a reward member. It’s the little things. ✨

Average HIE. Clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Location is nice, but if you go to the closest shopping centers, general area is shady AF. Looks middle class suburban, until you go to any of the local business (ghetto central). Even the guy at Wendy's drive through next door tried to rip us off. Gave him a $20 for a $4 something purchase and he hands us a $1 and a couple coins. Held my hand out until he came back over and we said where's the rest of the change for our $20. He rudely said hold on. Comes back a minute later and asks what we are waiting for and we said our change still, which he finally got us!

This location is very easy to get to, being right off of I24.
Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was very clean as well the rest of the building.

They are in the process of remodeling. We stayed in a newly refurbished room. They need to look at the details. The plumbing fixtures were cheap. Some of the electrical outlets were not secured to the electrical boxes. They moved the lights in the hallway and just put covers on the old boxes. Holiday Inn should be better than this.

The customer service here is OUTSTANDING. Me and my fiancé had so much trouble with Airbnb & other hotels in the area. We arrived at the Holiday in Express at 5am after paying for a room at a different hotel only to find out that the doors were locked and we couldn’t get in. Lee was extremely accommodating and secured us a room for the night. We loved it so much that we stayed for 2 extra nights! Thank y’all x a million!

This is a nice, clean hotel. The staff weren't very friendly or welcoming. I loved the dove soap. The breakfast was delicious!! Our whole family loved the cinnamon rolls & and omlets!! Definitely kid friendly, not quiet. The pool was fun for our littles as well!

Great stay overall. I picked this location because it offered Level 2 EV charging. I was able to charge for an hour or so, but multiple chargers failed and even the one that worked ultimately stopped working. These were the non Tesla chargers. Not a big deal overall, but this is an excellent amenity to offer guests that needs a little maintenance. Overall great stay. Plus excellent cookies!!!
