This by far is the best hotel I have stayed in, in a long long time. Everything was clean and tidy. They folded the towels fancy and had bows on the toilet paper. I never expected to see something like that. The continental breakfast was A+ and offered a lot of variety and choices. It definitely was the best continental breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the Opry House. Highly recommend!!

I recently stayed here while I was attending a local Dance Fest at the Nashville Palace and I cannot recommend this Hotel enough! The staff are SUPER amazing here (just the most friendly ppl that greeted me every time I left the hotel). The breakfast is WAYYY more than a continental breakfast you get at other hotels! Like we had bacon one day and there were biscuits, gravy, eggs, cinnamon rolls, and pancakes everyday (not to mention a lot of other items too): it was epic! The amenities are nice too: they have a big pool and a cozy workout facility. It is just a very clean hotel too with a lot of space. I highly recommend this if you ever have to do anything in the Opryland area as it is just a crazy value for what you get.
Rooms: Rooms are very spacious!

Really nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Lots of pillows, a little hard for my taste but that's why I always travel with my own. Good customer service, allowed late checkout. Breakfast was the best I've had since 2020 at a hotel. Pancakes, cereal, cinnamon rolls, eggs, coffee, the usual but it was mostly hot breakfast. The beds were comfortable, shower and bathroom or clean and comfortable. Pool room was nice but we didn't get to use it. I would highly recommend this hotel with close access to Nashville Palace and other attractions. The blackout shades in the room were really nice, love all the big windows. Very up to date hotel.

Stop reading reviews and just book this hotel now. My only complaint was weak coffee in the lobby and at breakfast. Clean, quiet, and convenient to area attractions. $10 per person for shuttle to downtown is totally worth it. Read the reviews for municipal parking in town - atrocious and tickets galore. "Back" entry to mall and Opry directly across from hotel - no need to get on highway. Took us a few days to figure it all out. Bar / live music venue is walking distance from hotel. We didn't go because we were too tired but it sounded like fun! No - couldn't hear music once inside hotel. Seriously - just book it!!!!

My husband and I stayed from Thursday April 13, 2023 to Sunday April 16, 2023. We did have to add an extra day for personal reasons.On Friday April 14th around 10a or so housekeeping tried to come in our room twice without knocking. If we didn't have the door stop on they would of came right in twice. We had the "hang tight I'm busy" sign on the door. This made us feel very uneasy. I did call the front desk and let them know we would call if we needed housekeeping and please don't come in the room.On Friday night at 4am (Saturday morning) we got woke up to a phone call stating "Yall need to go to sleep" then a hung up. I called the front desk to see what was going on and the lady was chuckling and said she was the only one at the desk but I could hear other people laughing in the background.On Sunday when we needed to stay the extra day we went down and rechecked into the room made sure we told them housekeeping was not needed. Later that day housekeeping came pounding on our door. When I opened the door the lady said "oh sorry." And walked away.We have never experienced anything like what we did at this hotel. Every hotel we ever stay at when we have the do not disturb sign on the door housekeeping never bothers us. It's a shame that this was the first time we've ever stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and it will definitely be the last. I did email the hotel and left a message but never heard anything back.

Worst service I have had at a hotel! Didn’t give us the room we booked! Didn’t have accommodations for our family and staff was rude and unwilling to help. The only option they gave us was to pay for a whole new room. Sherman at the front desk and their assistant manager Natasha were unwilling to do ANYTHING even though we have been coming here for multiple years! This is the last time I will spend any money at your hotel and rethinking ever staying at another holiday inn! Would not recommend this hotel after experiencing their customer service!

Spacious room. Heated indoor pool. Good gym. Small details like the towel sets and toilet paper arrangements were cool. This is a great hotel but since downtown park is not free, maybe getting a hotel there is the best option, check for that. Also, front desk people was not that friendly. AC was noisy as an airplane ? and the windows shutters were not that good. I was between 4 and 5 but I gave 4 so the hotel can improve.

Came for two day dance competition. Didn't want to pay the ridiculous nightly price for this place, stayed across Street for less than half. The parking fee is ridiculous. It says 33 a day, but I got charged 2 different prices for 2 different days over $36. And it's cool looking inside and huge. But the rooms look like regular rooms you'd find at a hotel. Honestly, I'm not interested in revisiting unless I have to. Oh, and they have everything there, food shopping etc. with a proud price. Tourist trap. No doubt. Not 100% sure on this, but the water park is there for an extra price on top of stay.

The accommodations were perfect. Everyone, but one worker, was excellent. Unfortunately, on our last night there, a worker named Cat approached us about having drinks in the pool. All beverages were in containers with caps or plastic cups. She then threatened us that if we didn't leave, we would be escorted "out".The sign was "No glass" containers, but she said they did not say that.She also told kids on multiple occasions that there was no splashing in the pool. They are kids!More so, her outfit for someone working in hospitality was completely uncalled for. Let's just say that when she approached us, we didn't know she worked there based upon what she was wearing.I unfortunately also witnessed her hanging up the phone on someone requesting help with their wifi access. SHAME on her..

Stayed here one night in Dec 2022 for a nearby dinner event. Staff were friendly upon arrival and departure. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast area was nicely decorated. Breakfast was good - par for the course of similar hotels. Easy walking distance to music venues, bars and restaurants.
