I went to this location looking for some items to put together gift boxes for a large wedding party and was having a hard time finding something would work.
In comes one of the nicest and most cordial gentleman I've ever had the pleasure of encountering.
I interrupted Keith while he was diligently restocking products on the shelves and he stopped everything he was doing to assist me. We found some boxes that would work, but definitely not enough in stock for my needs. Keith took it upon himself to call another location and find out if they had what I needed. Unfortunately that didn't work either and we found an alternative solution.
When I needed additional assistance finding some ribbon, Keith walked me over to another team member and spoke highly of his staff and their ability to assist me with what I needed.
The entire staff at this location was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way possible.
It may not have been what I wanted, but I found what I needed and it's all due to Keith and his team on this day. Thank you for making this such a pleasurable shopping experience.

I am in love with this Hobby Lobby store. You need decorations? They've got 'em. You need crafting supplies? They've got those, too. You want pens, notebooks, Knick knacks, home decor, or furniture? You can find those there, too! And as a gal who loves a bargain, I love that they run 50% off sales every week and discounts on seasonal items. This is a fabulous place, and I am grateful to find it right here in Hermitage.

Very neat and clean store. Well stocked with very friendly associates! I make men's accessories, inexpensive but cool stuff. I had trouble finding something and the energy filled associate was all about helping me get what I needed in that visit to the store. Thank you for the help. Checkout was fast and friendly. Wish I had more to buy! Would return!

I tried to check out today, but the cashier Terri was quite impolite. She asked me if I wanted to buy a product after I told her it was broken. I told her I was in a hurry for a WEDDING and she moved extremely slowly, the people in front of me in line were also frustrated. Not to mention when I said I was in a hurry, she rolled her eyes at me. I had to use two cards, she was so slow and rude when loading the payment. I said that I had my card ready after she complained that my first card didn’t work and she kept talking instead of reloading the payment screen and had the nerve to say “there’s only so fast I can move” when I told her that the payment screen still wasn’t loaded. She needs to get out of customer service because she does not have people skills.
