A cool little vintage shop with women’s - and some men’s - clothing, shoes, and accessories, near the Five Points area of East Nashville. It sits right next to The 5 Spot. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a nice vibe.

Excellent vintage clothing selection in amazingly good condition, for very reasonable prices. The store is well lit, clean, and well organized, and the owner, Trisha, and her employee, Katie were super nice and knowledgeable. We visited almost every vintage clothing store in Nashville on this trip, and Hip Zipper was by far my favorite. We will definitely visit during every trip to town.

Extremely rude service. Been at that store twice, even met an owner once there. Always spent like 800$, just because I’m a vintage lover. Today she asked me why I’m buying that much , pretending to think that I’m gonna resell it. Ok ma’am, if you prefer people to buy 1-2 positions-that’s fine, it’s your business. I love to buy vintage and as long as I can afford to buy as many positions as I want to treat myself-I’m gonna look for another stores to do that. Better keep all of these staff for yourself then, if you are not happy with selling. Insane.

By far my favorite vintage store in Nashville. The ladies are too sweet and the prices are amazing. We were greeted right when we walked in and I loved the selection. Definitely a must see!

Fantastic selection and amazing service! Trisha was super helpful and even offered recommendations to several shops nearby for the super-specific items we were looking for. Good men's section (& hats!) in addition to the women's clothing.

Loved this place. The owner of the shop was super helpful to my sister, mom, daughter and myself. We had a great time and she even stayed open past closing for us because my daughter was so focused on her shopping. We will be back.
