Had a very nice indoor virtual range, the staff was very friendly, inviting and not pushy to make a sale. This is one of the best shops I’ve been to and would recommend it to anyone. The virtual range is perfect for anyone who needs to get comfortable holding a weapon!!

I visited this location on 05/10/2024 for an ink fingerprint card, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The environment was incredibly welcoming, and the staff were exceptional. Special thanks to the guy who performed my fingerprinting—he was fantastic! His professionalism and friendly demeanor had me laughing and feeling completely relaxed throughout the process. My boyfriend and I decided to stop in here and we will definitely be back! We didn’t catch his name, but the man that built my boyfriend’s upper was super friendly and nice. His craft is stunning! Gracie is super sweet, and the rest of the staff are all so nice and funny. You get treated like family instantly here.

We were in town for a comedy show and I hate that I spent so much money on tickets and useless things before knowing this shop was here. I could spend all day there. As soon as we went in we were welcomed with coffee and Cider. The staff were so informative and you could tell they loved answering questions and helping their customers. If you ask about anything. You will be holding it and operating it. They make you feel like you’re part of the shop. Five stars without hesitation!

This is by far the best shop around. The customer service here is outstanding, above and beyond and unheard of in this industry let alone in any retail in Tennessee. Clean, well organized and welcoming environment. The build bar is a nice touch, good selection of inventory.Brody helped me through a NFA transaction and made it super easy. His patience and ability to multitask was amazing.

Have you seen a gun shop with nearly a 5-star rating before? Neither have I. There’s a reason!! Was traveling from out-of-town and stumbled upon this gem. The store is wicked cool, but the staff make this business great! Never had an experience quite like this. Eron took plenty of time to give me a tour of everything that they offer. If you are looking for a place to find high quality products, and speak to high quality people, this is it! Thanks for the kind hospitality. I’ll be back next time I come to town.
