I got a car with 3/4 of a tank, it wasn't full, but you have to return it full, otherwise they charge $10 per gallon. It was written on the receipt that it was full. Do not rent from Hertz Nashville Airport. We had a terrible experience. They’ll charge you excessive amounts for repairs that aren’t needed. When we dropped our car off there was a small chip and when I spoke to the lady checking the car about it she was nothing but rude. So much so whilst in the middle of speaking to her she turned and walked away without saying anything. The one star is because we spoke to someone else at the Gold desk and she was actually very polite and helpful. But overall we were incorrectly charged and met with a foul attitude on arrival.

Probably the best rental service i've ever received. I was in town for a family emergency and not in the best mindset, but the staff was polite and helpful and took care of me quickly and without incident. Thank you Hertz

Worst rental experience of my LIFE. The way I was treated by almost everyone here was just disgusting and made me never want to rent from Hertz ever again. There’s just too much to even describe in the review, but I was scolded, mocked, and treated like garbage at this location.

I rented a car from this location on labor day weekend, I booked thru priceline and paid in full in front. Even we paid in full, they showed us a small paper and wanted to me to sign by including insurance. 30 mins later I realized that they were additional charges which I never ordered or added like roadside assistance, loss damage waiver etc. I called the customer service right away, they told me that I need to go back to location and only they can fix it, I was already left from the location and I didnt want to ruin my day. I argued and opened case with online, after 4-5 days later now. They say you already used benefits and we can not do any refund or fixing. Totally scam! It was my first and last time with Hertz

Had the worst hertz experience here. At other hertz locations, cars are usually very clean, thoroughly inspected, and they let you pick your car on the lot from a small selection. Unfortunately, we did not have that same experience here.

My mother rented from there when she traveled for a visit. She picked a car and realized it didn't fit her needs. She picked another car that did and drove 2 hours away. When she arrived at my home she realized she left an important item in the first car. We spent hours trying to reach the nashville office. I reached out to the local chattanooga office and even they said they can't reach them. I was given advise to call the Atlanta location to get a direct number for nashville. I still have not have gotten in contact with anyone at hertz. This is absurd!!!

First and last time renting from Hertz. When I arrived my reservation was somehow “cancelled but they don’t know who cancelled it” Additional insurance charges added that I was not asked if I wanted and never approved. Back and forth over email zero star customer service. Also charged for 2 gallons of gas when I returned the tank full, service engine light on, vehicle not cleaned had previous renters garbage in it. Do not rent from them.

First and last time ever using this garbage company. Rented a car and was told I could extend it through the 800 number or online. Specifically asked at the desk when I was picking the vehicle up and was told I could extend it. When I went to extend it the night before returning the vehicle, it would not let me. The local office was closed. Corporate said they couldn't do it and the local manage put a hold on my contract so it wasn't allowed and I had to go there. Called about 20 times in the morning and you can't get through to the local office, it repeatedly sends you to corporate. I got there and am told that they can't do anything, corporate has to, so I'm just getting the run around now. At this point, I just want to return the vehicle 4 hours late and pay for whatever charges. They REFUSE to let me leave, FORCE me to close my contract, and send me on my way vehicleless. The managers here, Robert and Salah were completely useless and did not care to help at all. I would recommend any other company before them.

I’ve recently rented out from them on oct 8th - 10th I was in a hurry to catch my flight and forgot 2 pairs of my sunglasses and some stuff in a small bag in the hand rest. I’ve been trying to contact them ever since about this incident nobody ever picks up the calls. Checked the lost & found list yet the number given there isn’t working. I can see they retrieved some sunglasses but there’s no way to get to them. I’ve emailed them and called countless times yet no response for them.
