I got a car with 3/4 of a tank, it wasn't full, but you have to return it full, otherwise they charge $10 per gallon. It was written on the receipt that it was full. Additionally, the invoice shows the beginning of the miles from the previous customer. Fortunately, I didn't have a limit, so I didn't have to pay extra...

Probably the best rental service i've ever received. I was in town for a family emergency and not in the best mindset, but the staff was polite and helpful and took care of me quickly and without incident. Thank you Hertz

Worst rental experience of my LIFE. The way I was treated by almost everyone here was just disgusting and made me never want to rent from Hertz ever again. There’s just too much to even describe in the review, but I was scolded, mocked, and treated like garbage at this location.
