This place is great, everyone that comes in and leaves are happy, which is definitely weird for a mechanics. They are fair, honest, and friendly, if you need work done on your car this is the only place you need to be coming to to get that work done. I came in to get some stuck lug nuts off, there were some issues, which I know is surprising but that cord for you, anyway silver lining is I found a great mechanic by accident.

I had an older car they managed to get parts for. I had a cam sensor, abs sensor, passenger front control arm, rack and pinion, and hub bearing done. When I got my car back I was making a clicking noise it didn't make before I brought it in when I would turn it 90° to the right and past while moving. I took it back they suggested an axel. This didn't fix the problem so I wasn't charged. However with the possible causes, I cannot drive the car without worrying about my safety as while it may be an issue with the parts they used, they may have also damaged my transaxle in the repair. Let me reiterate, this was not a problem when I brought the car in. I tried to ask them if they could find a solution and they said they don't do transmission work and can't find a different problem. I don't need an axel that doesn't fix the problem, I need at least some of the almost $3k I spent so I can afford to go get my transaxle fixed. Also I had a worker constantly telling me to get a new car. For one I consider it rude and it sounds like they don't even want to handle my vehicle. Second, I was considering it during the repair but now I don't want to because now I worry that even if I get I new car, the moment something goes wrong and I go to get it fixed that I'll just go through these issues again.

Took my Tundra there for some front tires and alignment. Really nice place and friendly staff. Mechanic took time to talk with me about the alignment results. Pricing was fantastic and they were quick and attentive. This is my new place to have my cars taken care of. They have earned my business. My truck has 500k and I’ll use these guys to get me another 500!! Thank you!!

Got a flat at the oprhy mills, this company left right away to pickup and retrieve a tire they did not have In stock, I called at 4pm and at 5 they had my tire!! Saved the day really went above and beyond got me an excellent tire at an unbelievable speed. Trust me when I say they are good people doing good business ? ? ? ?

After spending 7 hours waiting for Tire Discounters down the road to patch our tire, we had finally had enough and gave this place a call. Josh told us to bring it on in so we did. Absolutely incredible service! After going to several different shops and being quoted outrageous prices for the work I needed done, I called Hermitage Tire Center this morning to ask for a quote on a wheel bearing replacement. I was quoted the lowest price I had received so far and asked if I could bring it in today. After talking with Brandon and receiving great advice and customer service, I went ahead and had my wheel bearing replaced, purchased 4 new tires, and new brakes for my car. It was ready by 5 o’clock SAME DAY. After stressing for two weeks, Hermitage Tire Center has me squared away within a few hours with fair pricing. I will absolutely recommend this place to others and will return for future services.Services: Tires

I've had two different services performed on my car at Hermitage Tire Center at two separate times (new front breaks, new starter). Both services were easy, thoroughly explained, and reasonably priced. What stands out about Hermitage Tire is the quality of service and professionalism. Today when my car was being serviced, an older man walked in and I overheard the Hermitage Tire employees interacting with him. This man seemed a little confused and irritated, and every employee who interacted with him was extremely patient and helped to explain aspects of his service. He was supposed to have an hour wait, but after he expressed annoyance about that, they managed to get his car in and out pretty quickly. I was really impressed by their kindness and highly recommend them!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I feel this warrants one. I had my oil changed, and was supposed to have my tires rotated at Hermitage Tire in December of 2022. One of my wheel covers was broken in the process of them trying to rotate the tires; which would be no big deal, except for the fact that the tires were never rotated after the wheel cover was broken ( I wasn’t made aware of that fact, or that my wheel cover had been damaged, upon pickup.) The next day I noticed that my wheel cover was being held on by zip ties. I immediately called and voiced my concerns, and the person who answered the phone was apologetic and said he had meant to tell me what had happened, but that he had been tied up on a phone call in the back when I was picking my car up. I told him it was no big deal, and that as long as my wheel cover was replaced, I would be satisfied. They had me send over an email with links of the specific (factory) wheel covers on my car so they could purchase the right one. I waited a month or so before calling to check in the first time, and when I called, nobody knew anything about ordering my wheel cover or who was supposed to have done it. I had to explain the whole situation to multiple people before leaving the call with a promise they’d call back as soon as the wheel cover came in. Another month went by, I called again to check in, and was met with a less than personable attitude and the guy telling me “We have your number, I told you we’ll call you when it’s in.” Like I was annoying them.. This call was in February. I’m writing this in April 2023 and I still haven’t received a phone call from them, and I’m still riding around with my wheel cover zip-tied on.Service: Tire rotations

These men are crooks they took 980 from me just to tell me a few days later my car needed to be replaced . I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I came in for new brakes and a diagnostic check on my engine light ; they lied to me about the reason my light was on ; then took my money only to later tell me I need to get a new car asap. Money hungry , lazy smiling bunch of wolves . I wish I would have went to total automotive at least they are an honest bunch. I have never been so upset with service in my life . No integrity just money hungry. I couldn't imagine telling someone to pay 1000 then a few days later the car is broke down. I should have just thrown. The money out the window . They pretend to be nice but a lazy unskilled bunch of men. If you care about your hard earned dollar don't come here I wish I went to a real good year and not these posers

I hit something in the road and my front driver side tire blew totally out. Being an elderly female (about 9 pm) I drove about 3 miles on my rim. After I got home, I could see that the rim was bent. I assumed that I would need a new rim and tire. After reading the reviews here by previous customers, I called Hermitage Tire and explained my situation. The person on the phone told me that they would have to see the car to give me an exact estimate. I had my car towed there. After looking at my rim, they told me that they could repair the rim and install a new tire in 15 minutes!!! I was shocked!! AND THEY DID!! My total bill was 98.00 including tax. I am shocked again! The tire was 73.00 and the labor was 12.50 (unbelievable)!! Seriously, I was expecting to spend at least 300.00 if I were lucky! I would rate Hermitage Tire with 100 stars if I could. Their honesty and integrity are refreshing in this age and time. Now I need a new hubcap! LOL.I have a bolt on hubcap, so I called the dealer (kia) and asked the price. I was quoted 100.00 for 1 hubcap and 100.00 for labor. 200.00 for one hubcap....no way. I was able to order a dealer hubcap online for 50.00 When it arrives, I will go back to Hermitage Tire and have them install it. It will take them less than 5 minutes to do it AND I will happily pay what they ask because I know that the cost will be fair, and less than 100 for labor for a 5 minute job.I want to thank everyone before me that has given positive reviews, which led me here!!Seriously, Hermitage Tire is the REAL DEAL! If asked, I would happily be in a commercial for free to tout this company!!!!!!Service: Tires

I can’t say enough about how great everyone was to me and my Mom! Mom had a flat earlier that day, so we went to Hermitage Tire to replace her tires. They have demonstrated integrity and even told me when I didn’t really need the work because it wouldn’t effect driveability. They have fixed my car problems in a timely way and even provided a short distance shuttle service back to my home and then again to pick up my car. I love the polite, friendly professionalism every single employee from the people working on the cars all the way to the cashier have shown. If you want to support a Christian, friendly, locally owned family business while saving money and getting your car work done correctly come to this place. I LOVE THEM! Uses them 4x now and their performance is consistent.

Had brakes done on 8/8/22. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. My wheel locks were broken during the work. After a small miscommunication they replaced my wheel locks. Highly recommended!
