My fur baby injured his paw, pretty bad, I attempted to take him to see his vet; however, I was told he could not be seen until Friday, mind you, this was on Tuesday. To see my baby in pain, and to have to wait until Friday was NOT an option. I found the Hermitage Animal Clinic and they got us in with no hesitation. The staff was amazing, my baby was so comfortable, he didn't want to leave.
I was also worried about the cost, but to my surprise it was no where what i expected. Good service, affordable price, and forever grateful we will definitely recommend them and return again.

Dr. Good is amazing! My Charlie was nervous during his recent appointment, and they handled him with the utmost care. Thank you again for giving him the meds he needed and for making Charlie feel a lot better!!

If you love your pet avoid this place at all costs. They have our dog in their system as "a problem" and now want her muzzled and sedated to bring her in. All I can tell you is she is you is she terrified of the staff there. I do not know what happened to her while she was in their care, what I can tell you for a fact is she goes into a complete panic mode when we pull into the parking lot. When the staff enters the exam room she cowers under the table and tries to hide behind us. Yet, she is labeled as "a problem" child.
What I also can tell you is she loves her new Vet and they have been told us multiple times "how good she is" and "how sweet she is", you tell me where the problem is... It's not with the animal...
Just please trust me, I have taken dogs and cats to HAC for decades, but that has now ended.

Really mixed emotions about this vet clinic. They took great care of our dog when he needed surgery, the staff was always very kind. Our cat however was diagnosed by Dr Ray as having "either a fungal infection of the lungs or lung cancer", for which we treated her for weeks with a course of antifungals with no effect. She was therefore diagnosed with lung cancer, only months to live, and we cried many tears over that. Our other cat had a serious reaction to the purevax rabies vaccine at an emergency clinic so we are hesitant to get that for any of our cats again, and we were told that if we refuse to vaccinate with purevax we will be denied treatment, even though our cat diagnosed with cancer is indoor-only and therefore not at risk for rabies. No hard feelings over that, it's their right to refuse care for whatever reason.
But as a result we sought other care. More than a year later, our cat diagnosed with cancer became particularly wheezy, and we took her in to our new vet expecting the worst and letting them know about her cancer diagnosis. Our new vet took x rays and said there is NO way a cat with lung cancer had survived more than a year doing as well as she was, and that she was simply severely asthmatic, did NOT have cancer, and couldn't believe she hadn't been prescribed an inhaler sooner. It hurts my heart to think how many asthma attacks we watched her have, thinking at any moment it might be her last, without any way to help just because she was misdiagnosed. All she needed was an inhaler and a course of steroids every now and then when she gets a flare up. She has been thriving ever since.
There are good vets at this clinic and there are some really questionable vets at this clinic. I can't say I'd recommend it.

Great vet service. My furbaby was sick this time, having eaten something that did a number on her digestive track. They were thorough and caring.

I’m really not one to bash a business or write bad reviews but I’m so frustrated. I’ve been with this vet since I got my 7 week old kitten and they’ve been great with him everytime until now. He’s been tested for everything under the sun, he’s had blood work done, etc. I’ve spent over $800. He has been completely healthy. I took him to be neutered the other day. They said drop off is 7:00am. Dropped him off and went home. I called at 11:30 asking for an update and they said he was “up next for surgery”. First of all, why do I have to drop him off HOURS in advance for him to be sitting in a box until 1pm. ( not to mention he was covered in pee & so was his blanket )I got a call at 2:30 saying there was an incident with his surgery and he had passed away and wasn’t waking up from the anesthesia. Doctor Ray said we could come see him and gave us two options. Cremation or we could bury him. One would think that since my cat died under your care, you would take care of the cremation but nope. Tried to say that would be around $380. It’s just ridiculous. Picked him up and he was just covered in pee and it broke my heart. I never got a true explanation as to what happened except that it was an accident and could’ve been an underlying heart condition. I’m just disappointed with how this all played out and so extremely sad I lost my 5 month old kitten to a “routine” procedure. I understand accidents happen but what I’m most upset about is the fact that my kitten was alone in a box peeing on himself for over 6 hours before he was even seen. I wish the doctor would’ve provided a better explanation as to why this happened and/ or if ANYTHING happened during the surgery that could’ve caused him to not wake up. I wish we were compensated for his death and I wish my kitten was treated better than he was. I’m truly disappointed and heartbroken.

I had to have my dog put down and they were extremely caring and let me take my time after the fact..they explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions..their prices on all things were cheaper than another vet I had taking my dog to. You are not just about the money to them..they really care.

Dr. Good and the staff took great care of my senior cat during her recent wellness checkup. They were even able to trim her nails which is very hard for me to do. Thank you.

Dr. Ray and the staff at Hermitage Animal clinic have gone above and beyond when it comes to my dog Rowdy. Rowdy has lots of anxieties and they have given him the best care. When I moved here from Seattle my vet recommended Hermitage Animal clinic because of their accreditation. I drive from East to Hermitage and it is worth the drive.

Dr Logan and the staff at Hermitage Animal Clinic were all very compassionate during a very difficult visit for the euthanasia of our beloved pet. Dr Logan explained the process thoroughly beforehand and the staff helped make sure everything went smoothly for us.
