I was helped by Mason the other night and that was hands down the best experience I have ever received at Helzbergs. I needed something repaired and she went above and beyond to help me out. She educated me, took the time to explain things to me, and overall was so kind. I will 100% be back again and if you’re looking into going in, this is your sign to go into this store. We had been to about 5 different places by the time we made it to Helzberg. The man running the show was as informative as you would expect. The information we received was far more personalized than our other interactions. We had some pretty specific questions, and we were able to compare notes we have already taken. She found "The One" and our salesman Tyler made it happen. Our whole experience was far better than we expected. I will be returning.

If you are looking for the best jewelry and service, look no further. Take it from a guy who knows nothing about diamonds but wanted the perfect engagement ring. Ashley from Helzberg diamonds made sure I got what I needed. She explained all there is to know about diamonds and genuinely cared about what kind of ring my girlfriend wanted. We weren’t just another sale to her, she cares about your story and making sure you and your partner get the absolute best ring, all with in your budget or time line! I don’t even live in Nashville anymore but I get all my jewelry needs from Ashley at Helzberg diamonds. Trust me, you can’t go wrong if you stop by this place and ask for Ashley.

The whole Helzberg team is amazing! I was traveling back from vacation and went to the store in Knoxville. They helped me create what I have been visioning for two years! Due to living closer to Nashville I went through the Nashville location. Ashley helped to recreate my vision and showed me any and all examples I needed in order to make a purchase I was confident in buying. They are very knowledgeable and taylor the experience to what you need.

Great experience! We were fortunate enough that they had a ring we absolutely loved and had the jeweler on site so it could be sized. A few hour later, I’m wearing this beautiful ring. Also the lifetime warranty is an amazing value.

Diamond may be the most fitting name for the lady that works in this store - not only because that is what they sell, but because she is a jewel! We went into the store after looking in three others and fully anticipated just looking and getting ideas in this store, too. However, we left with the entire set purchased and ready to be sized at a price that was competitive and a product that was of such high quality and beauty. Truly, it was the type of "stuff" that dreams are made of! Diamond and the whole staff were so accommodating and not at all high-pressure. They shared information about the scale for each stone and were knowledgeable about their products. This experience was set apart as unique and appreciated due to the high level of customer service as well as the quality of the products that were offered in store and/or by customer-design. We were so glad that we decided to visit one more store that day - and we left with another first of many memories to come.
