I visited this Ace store a few days ago just to pick up a few screws for a ceiling fan installation. A young man in the aisle helped me to find the right ones, so I headed to the counter to check out. I had rushed out of the house so fast, I didn't have my wallet, so I asked the woman behind the counter (Michele, Store Manager) to hold the bag of screws until I returned with my wallet. She simply said. "Take them... you can pay me the next time I'm in the store." So nice! And she saved me a bunch of time. Would that have happened at a big box store? I sincerely doubt it. That sort of personal touch is why I'll keep going back there. Thanks, Ace!

Once again Hart Ace did something special. Today Melissa stopped everything she was doing to locate a piece for my Woodstock windchimes. She found the piece I needed and now my beautiful windchimes are hanging on this beautiful day. Thank you Melissa and thank you Hart Ace Hardware.

Excellent experience -- Willie stepped up immediately to ask if I needed anything, and helped me get 2 Adirondack chairs and plumbing stuff. Every one in the store asked if I needed anything and I felt like I stepped back in time in hospitality. Great experience. Will definitely go back.

Love this store... very complete merch selection, and really great staff. It reminds me of the family-owned hardware store in my hometown... it's what a hardware store should feel like. Yes, stuff costs more because having staff who have a clue and give a $#!t costs more. My time is valuable to me, so spending a few extra $'s to spend A LOT less time getting it done is easy to roll with IMO.

The individuals at this store and or this store or shasters usually Ace hardware is known for dependability and customer satisfaction if you're looking for that don't come to the store. I took my pocket knife in to have it sharpened. They could only sharpen one edge. The other blade they could not do and still charged me for a price.

Hart Ace Hardware sits directly on Highway 100 in Bellevue just past or right before Kroger, depending on which way you are headed. I have been to many Ace Hardware's and I must say that Hart Ace may be one of my favorites for a few reasons...- Staffing - There were several Associates and all were friendly and helpful! - Size/Layout - This Ace is pretty good size with a good outdoor space, grilling section, a few specialty desks (hardware/paint) and it was all laid out quite well!- Stock - The place was stocked to the brim with all the goods that you need or never knew you actually needed! I stopped by for a few things and left with all I needed and an extra car cleaning tool that I did not know existed! Overall, Hart Ace is a solid Ace Hardware! One that I will certainly visit when needed...or when I just want to walk around and look at cool things.
