We LOOOVE the Harpeth Valley team. We wanted a vet close to where we live. You’ll figure out quickly that everyone on their staff loves animals and genuinely care about you and want to help in helpful ways. They’re fast on returning calls and scheduling sick visits. We appreciate them so much and feel like our pups Chase & Luna are safe & sound in their hands. I also appreciate that they never try to pressure me into services or tests that I don’t want or think that I need, and that they always are open about what their prices are so you can see what they charge for everything.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this office! I won't go into detail unless asked to do so. Just make sure sure if you use them get a 2nd opinion. Will never use them again!

Have been coming here since we moved to Nashville 8 years ago with our cat. Staff is professional, caring, & knowledgeable. I would recommend Harpeth Valley Animal Hospital.

HVAH has been taking care since almost Day 1 of our two 12 year old Pet Therapy canines: Daisy Mae the 72lb Lab, & Mr. Marley the 60lb Vizsla/terrier rescue. Drs. Hurst & Forester always take time to both listen & explain, and they & the entire support staff are very caring, professional & friendly. The Daisy & Marley many visits to Schools, Hospitals, Children's Units, Nursing Homes, the Veterans Home, etc., over the years reflect the great care from HVAH!

The vet has changed over the years and not for the better. The prices seem higher than normal, and they charged me twice the amount for frontline And other products available to the consumer. I brought my dog in for an examination. They didn’t even notice the infections she had on her backside. No did they take samples to address the problem. We are looking for another vet unfortunately.

Dr. Forester took the valuable time to walk me through my English bulldog’s anesthesia process weeks before it took place. I was very nervous about how my dog would handle the anesthesia during a dental clean, and he put me at ease. The receptionist did the same. I was thrilled with the results of the clean - great breath now and sparkling white teeth! Harpeth Valley has a wonderfully clean facility, and through the years my dog has loved going to the vet.

Dr. Hurst and his entire staff are extremely professional and caring. I drive by two vet offices in my hometown to go to this practice and they never disappoint. Excellent practice!

My dogs have been seeing Dr Hurst DVM and his dedicated, caring team since about 2005. they have experienced everything at this hospital with Dr Hurst from ACL surgeries, cancer surgeries, chronic allergies, eye surgeries, poisonous spider bites, to the usual spay and neuter surgeries. He and his team can do just about anything and they have. They are very knowledgeable. His team in particular is extremely caring and have gone way out of their way to give my dogs tender, loving help when they need it most. I like that they care so much and have become attached to my dogs over the years. they treat them like family. Highly recommend Harpeth valley animal Hospital in Bellevue.

So thankful for the care and devotion I get from Dr. Todd Hurst and the wonderful Techs at Harpeth Valley Animal Hospital. I have complete trust in his medical care for my pups. The office runs so smoothly and all the staff is friendly and helpful.
