This place really horrible.
The gel polish came out the second day. And tech didn't know what he is doing

I would give no star if I could. Rushed my pedicure only to be charged full price for chipped and crappy nail paint and pedicure. Full set was crooked. Kept increasing price in between service. So unprofessional and rude.
Got there at 5pm, they had my sister wait for over two hours telling her they will get to her and do her nails. Only for this lady to wait 30 minutes after closing just to tell her they wouldn’t do it since they had only one nail tech available that knows how to do that design. If only she had been upfront two hours ago, my sister would have gone somewhere else and gotten her nails done.
Absolutely ridiculous and was then threatening to call the police.
The she in question is the woman that keeps parading up and down in heels, busy doing nothing and acting like she knows what she is doing

Inconsiderate and wicked staff. I’d give zero stars if I could. After wasting an hour of my time, the lady told me they couldn’t do my nails because they were closing. Tried talking to her and all she said was I was loud and mean. It was a very trashy experience. I would not recommend.

I haven’t been here in a while the only reason I came was because I needed a pedicure let me tell you something they went UP on their prices. They charged me $20 for just REGULAR NAIL POLISH on my hands nothing special they count that as a manicure. They START off the cheapest for pedicure is $60 the next one they have is $70 the lady couldn’t tell me the difference between the 2 just that they use another product so 5 products instead of 4 that the one that cost $60 uses. Other thing the lady literally answered her phone while she was painting my nails. Unprofessional your at work be more professional. Wouldn’t come again!

Today I went to see Elsa for a pedicure and fill in. She was awesome! I got my complimentary drink, always offered whatever from wine, sodas, to water. I also got my 10.00 off for 10 visits! Who doesn't love a discount! I have never had another salon offer money off after 10 visits, 10.00, 20 visits, 20.00, etc.

I absolutely love Jenny!!! I've been coming to her for about 5 or 6 years to get my eyebrows waxed and my lashes done and she is the best, hands down!! The shop is always clean and everyone is friendly. Great customer service goes a long way and I appreciate the staff at Harmony so much!!

Spent $100 on a gel manicure and a pedicure on Saturday, by Tuesday majority of the polish had chipped off, cuticles looked like crap. Went back to get it replaced, they made me wait forever to get it redone. Complete waste of time and money

Sophia is awesome and my favorite! I would recommend you make an appointment ahead of time to make sure you get her. I am always offered a drink, soda, wine, water. The manager is very nice as well.
