took my brand new 2023 Frontier to a Nissan Dealership because one of my Hankook tires had a sidewall bulge. My vehicle had less that 5k miles on it so I knew my tires were covered through Hankook. I was told by the dealer that they wouldn’t be able to file the claim for me and that I could either call Hankook myself for a credit or send them a bill for reimbursement on the tire if I went ahead and purchased it. This struck me wrong so I contacted Hankook directly via their 615 number and explained the situation. The customer service rep was phenomenal and explained to me that the dealer was wrong, explained why, gave me a case number, and informed me to go back to the dealership and have them call the rep directly. Once that was done, I was immediately thrown into a que for tire replacement and the warranty accepted. Hankook has earned a LIFETIME customer now. Never have I felt more supported and confident by a customer service rep and company. Thank you guys so much!

If I could give Hankook tires 0 star, I would give them 0 star because of terrible customer service. I highly recommend everyone not to buy hankook tires. Waste of money! No mileage warranty on OE tires. I drove less than 29k miles. All tires worn out even though they said they guarantee 70k miles. They rejected the warranty saying, "there is no warranty on OE tires." I highly recommend you all to buy "Michelin tires."

Worst service ever. We just got our car less than a year ago and the tires were cracking on the sides inside and out. We contacted Hankook and were asked to send pictures via email. They then advised us to return to place of sale where they wanted to charge us $600 to replace our tires. They have a defect on the sides inside and out so why should we have to pay for tires that are defective. They also said if we paid the tires would come with no further warranty. So basically what was the point of the manufacturer warranty when we have to pay for the defects in your product.

Terrible tires,very poor customer service- I was stupid and bought 2 sets of tires for 2 different vehicles . Had problems with all of them called company - no answer , tried Arizona divisional manager Eric-point blank lied to me stated he would take care of me , never heard from him again. Both the company and the divisional manager are scum bags and the company is nothing better then a fly by night clip joint. Do your self a favor and take your business somewhere else.

Bought 4 new Hankook tires. Within 4500 miles, 1 tire went flat and fell apart, 2 tires went bald. When I called Hankook customer service they were rude and refused to help and when I said I would write a bad review if they wouldn't stand by their product, the rep. said go ahead and hung up on me. Worst product and customer service I have ever received.

Bought the Hankook H727 with 100,000 mile warranty. Just over 30,000 miles later, one of the tires failed state inspection. I tried to submit a warranty claim and got the runaround. Inferior product, useless warranty, horrible customer service. Buyer beware.
