Harrison was extremely helpful carrying mine and my families luggage up to our rooms and giving us a fantastic valet experience. Will definitely be coming back to this Hampton inn nashville.

Rooms: Spacious room with a king bed
Nearby activities: 2 block walk to all the clubs . 1 block from the Hockey Arena -country music Hall of Fame right across the street
Safety: Felt very safe, walking around Nashville from the hotel
Walkability: Short walk to all the activity in downtown Nashville clubs Bridge over to the Nissan Stadium for the football game
Food and drinks: Great barbecue half a block away

The location was amazing & walking distance to broadway. Hotel staff were very helpful and the Valet was a super easy process! Thanks to Saaid & Harrison for the Valet swiftness. I will definitely be back very soon!

I've stayed there twice now both times it has been a great experience and it's in the perfect location with a easy walked to Broadway but not so close you have to hear it all night

Awesome location. Super nice employees. Wonderful free breakfast. I would stay here again on another trip to nash.
Rooms: 2 king room was way bigger than expected. Plenty of space!
Nearby activities: Couple blocks off Broadway, what isn't nearby!
Safety: Key card entry off main corner for security. Never had any issues here.
Walkability: 2 blocks off Broadway. Right across from country music hall of fame. Very walkable.
Food and drinks: Who doesn't love included hotel breakfast? Great fresh selections.

We stay at this franchise regularly. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the shower water pressure is once again a letdown, and the door seals did nothing to keep the water from flooding the bathroom floor. Whoever designed the faucet for the sink needs a lesson in design and factual measurement as the spigot allows no room between the side of the basin and countertop to wash and rinse your hands, this activity flooded the countertop and risked getting toiletry bags soaked. I strongly recommend maintenance clean the window air conditioning units regularly. They are starting to get musty. Wear house shoes as the carpets are rather dirty. Need either to be completely removed or get them cleaned. Frontdesk staff and valet are prompt and friendly. We will stay again, but I am bringing lysol and a faucet extension next time. Oh, and maybe train housekeeping that the doors do not have to be slammed so hard the entire building shudders. And to families with hyperactive kids, it's a hotel, not a theme park, and elevators are not thrill rides.
Nearby activities: Located to make walking to area attractions very convenient. But watch Nashville traffic...you take your life into your own hands here.
Safety: Follow cross walk directions. Some intersections allow diagonal crossing with the light.
Walkability: Most things are close enough. You can get a good stretch before sitting, dancing, or stumbling around after the 3rd Tequila shot

walls are to thin .got woke up every 30 minutes by noise,construction .sirens. ect..The bed was hard and uncomfortable. trashy around hotel.homeless sleeping on the sidewalks. Had reservations to stay 3 nights,ended up checking out after 1 night....receptionist was rude snatched my key cards up and said she would take care of the early checkout...turned her back to me...wouldn't give me a paper receipt,said she was busy she would email me....she did not check me out early ... charged me $1,810.88 for 1 night stay...would NOT recommend going to this hotel....

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Downtown Nashville and was shocked by the unprofessionalism of a staff member claiming to be a manager. Although I understand the need for safety protocols, her rude, confrontational tone over the door being open for mere seconds as we checked on a friend outside was unacceptable. When I attempted to address her approach, she continued to argue instead of handling the situation professionally. As a frequent Hilton guest, this experience left a lasting negative impression, making me reconsider staying at Hilton properties in the future.

Great stay for an even better price!
We got 2 king bed and a spacious room. Delicious complimentary breakfast and the hotel is a short walk from everything. Let me not forget about the excellent Valet service from Saaid & the other valets, they were fast & polite. We will definitely be staying here again!!

The rooms were huge. The location was fun to walk around and there was a concert that was amazing. And the service was some of the best service I have ever experienced if I had to recommend a place I would stay here over and over again.
Rooms: The rooms were really big and the beds were so comfortable to sleep on and the couch was also a really good option too.
Nearby activities: The activities you could do here was amazing in like 5 minutes you can walk to Broadway and it’s never boring there and the restaurants around there are top notch.
Walkability: The walkablity was awesome I never thought that I could walk to such an amazing place in less than 10 minutes.
Food and drinks: The food they had at this hotel was amazing the breakfast was so good the waffles were top notch.
