A very clean and friendly hotel close to Broadway. Front desk staff like Tan will make your stay memorable and have you smiling all the time. Remind them that you don't have a car if you fly in as it's an automatic charge unfortunately (management should change this).Nearby activities: Walking distance to Broadway but far enough away to be quieter

Quiet hotel not far from the Capitol on foot. Not far from downtown/Broadway.The roof top looks nice, it was too cold to enjoy the place and the swimming pool.Big room. Breakfast available at lobby level.

I am so pleased with this Hampton Inn! We traveled with family & they booked the rooms. I had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms are 5 star! They are huge! The decor is new, fresh, & modern. The beds, linen, & pillows are comfortable.When you walk in the room, there is a nice size coffee & mini fridge area, there is a large sitting area w/ sofa, desk, a place to sit your luggage, and plenty or drawer space.There were USB ports at the desk & at both lamps.There were plenty of towels & washcloths.The bathroom cans stocked with 2 makeup remover cloths, a bar of face soap, full size lotion, & full size shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel attached in the showerThe showers are clean & spacious. No tub. The shower has a corner bar you can prop your foot on to shave your legs. Very handy!I used & liked the hair dryer.The front desk staff was suuuuuper nice!!The lobby is beautiful.The sky bar is awesome! Incredible view! We just happened to catch the sunset & it was spectacular. The bartenders were very friendly.Breakfast was hot & good!10/10 would recommend!

The stay was great. Hotel location was perfect and the room was nice outside of a slight almost mildew type smell (which we didn't report). Our issue was, they charged us $131 for parking even though we had no car. We flew in and took rideshares everywhere. The desk staff never even asked if we had a vehicle there. I didn't find out about the charge until I saw it on my bank statement which made me look at the final receipt closer. I have now talked to Customer Service twice and have been told that I have to wait up to a month to receive a check in the mail. So, they overcharged me and stole my money and I'm having to wait a month to get my money back and they aren't willing to do anything for me and told me I just have to wait.Rooms: Bed was comfortable...there was a slight almost mildew type smell coming from the heating unit (which we never even told them about to see if they'd fix it)Walkability: Walkable to several restaurants and other attractions

Booked hotel for business trip, flight was cancelled by airline, called 4 days prior to hotel stay. Hotel said they cancelled my booking and would refund in about a week or so. Next day unprompted, the hotel indicates no refund will be given, providing zero justification. This chain of hotels and the parent company will never get business from the company I work for or me as a traveler again. Absolutely unprofessional and discourteous to lie to and steal from your customers.Noteworthy details: Company of thieves runs by thieves and managed by liars.

The room was comfortable during the daytime and really nice and quiet but I wasn't expecting the smoke alarms to double as strobe lights during the night. Every 2-3 minutes they would light up the room (there were two of them). I like Hampton Inn so this was quite a surprise when compared to my other visits. To be fair, I did not request assistance because I didn't realize until I went to bed around midnight.Rooms: Room was quiet, clean, comfortableNearby activities: Lots to doSafety: They care about safety. I had two smoke alarms in my room, which was almost excessive in my opinionWalkability: Within walking distance to a lot of great shops and restaurantsFood & drinks: Good service, nice drinks and breakfast/lunch was always terrific

So just because you book a room on the Hilton app doesn’t mean it will be available when you arrive. This seems to be a common issue with Hilton from what the staff told me. Good luck and hope you get the right room. Waiting of a refund for the down graded room even though I’m a gold status member. Hotel seems to have made it right to refund the difference to my credit card and gave me free parking in the garage. I was still disappointed because we were reallly excited for the room that we were suppose to be staying in and that didn’t happen on the few times a year we have the time to go somewhere. Attractions close and the scooters would be great if I felt safe doing so. I would still take. Care or lift instead of walking.

Hotel was fine but service was trash. Double charged me for parking, still awaiting refund, 40 bucks a day in a empty garage. Mangers absolutely won't call you back. Something got left in room and no one would check on it and keep sending calls to house keeping voice-mail that no one checks. I even called Hilton honors and they get on phone with them and nothing happens. I've been diamond for years and never had this bad of service.

The front desk attendant, Loraine i believe is her name, was the absolute most unpleasant and unprofessional individual that I have experienced yet in the hospitality industry. The gentleman who’s greeted me was great however Loraine must have had a bad night that she let negatively impact her customer service. I greeted her to ask for a complimentary water bottle and she instantly was hostile, rude and overall dismissive. Once I asked to speak to the manager Loraine informed me that she was a manager, there was no one above her to talk to, she refused to give me anyone else’s contact information and escalated the situation by running from the front counter one i decided to film the encounter. I have never felt racially profiled until today, November 25; however, i am EXTREMELY displeased and will continue to spread this review up.
