Great place if you have an early flight and need to be close to the airport. Clean, comfortable, conveniently located.

As an Ambassador elite member, I’ve used this hotel when traveling to and from Nashville. I will no longer use them since they’ve implemented a discriminatory policy. If my son is no longer welcome, then I will take my business elsewhere. They should be ashamed to be so prejudiced in modern times. Imagine how they treat others if their treat their highest tier this way, and I’ve reached out and never got a reply multiple times.

No one was at the front desk. And when she arrived... She laughed and said she was a one man show.
She was the only one to man the front desk and drive the van to the airport. Shame on management. Obviously, mgmt does not care about customers coming in. We are honors members.
The carpet in the room needs cleaning. I'm afraid Hilton has lost our business. Service seems to have gone down hill
And no, i won't call and waste my valuable time. You do your own investigation. You lose customers when you don't take service seriously.

Just checked out after 3 nights and it was a great stay! Hotel and room was extremely clean and a very friendly staff. The hot breakfast was very good with breakfast potatoes, cheesy egg and bacon bagels, waffles, cereal, oatmeal and assorted bakery items. Juices were fresh and the coffee was wonderful. Check in and out was a breeze. We were there to celebrate a birthday so we took a lyft to broadway and the rides are about 10 bucks or less depending on time. Parking is free so thats a bonus! Easy access to the highway. Everything was wonderful! We will stay here the next time we visit Nashville. Thank yall!

Very affordable room that accommodated 6 of us comfortably. Clean room, friendly staff in the hallways. This was just a quick stop on the way home from vacation. I wanted my under 21 kids to experience Nashville. Kevin at the front desk gave us a great recommendation to go to Assembly Food Hall and then walk Broadway to hear all the live music. It turned out to be just what I had imagined. I’ve only been to Nashville one other time so thank you Kevin for your suggestion! Hotel also seems reasonable for 6 being so close to Nashville.

Smelly, holes and stains in mattress and sheets. Breakfast was really bad and only had plastic utensils and paper plates available. The oatmeal was 99% water.

Cockroaches. Asked front desk if the whole hotel is infested and response was you are the only complaint we got tonight but it’s happened before.

Had a King Suite for the weekend, the room was nice but the stay was not without issues.
One, we discovered that the sofa bed covers had not been changed; two, the bed in our suite felt like we were sleeping on the springs, and sagged/dipped heavily towards the center, it was totally uncomfortable. Third, the Suite bedroom had one light on th wall for the entire room, not enough light once darkness settled in.
Otherwise the room served it's purpose

The room that I picked was not available when I arrived. Even tho it had been picked like 10 hours prior. I was given another room, which was on another floor. Probably better, since the ground floor had blowers going all night trying to dry the carpets due to a water leak. When the wife and I walked into the room we could see it was already occupied. Luckily nobody was inside the room. That would have been extremely awkward. All this is happening about 11 pm and we have to catch a 5 am flight out the next morning. We go back down to the ground floor and speak to the gentleman behind the counter. He swears to us that the room is empty and there's nobody assigned to that room. I then started to get upset and said do you want me to go back up to the room and take pictures for you ????? There's a purse, luggage and a few things are also around the sink. Another person (female) walked up behind the counter and neither one of them apologized and swore the room was empty !!!! After a few words being exchanged, I was eventually given another room. It was almost like pulling teeth and yet the room was prepaid !!!!!
No apology in anyway and no compensation either. I'm extremely disappointed how this Hampton Inn runs. I'm just so happy I didn't walk into a room that was occupied. Or occupied and find them in their birthday suit !!!!! This would have opened a whole can of worms. Can you say lawsuit ? And it would NOT have been my fault.
What a nightmare of a stay. The rooms are very nice and roomy, but the staff needs TRAINING. People forget... without customers, there IS NO BUSINESS !!!! As you can see, I'm not afraid to tell the truth. I'm out one person, but there are a zillion of me who tell it like it is. I'm going to post what I wrote all over the Internet for people can see how Hampton Inn treats their customers !!!
