“I drove 45 minutes there yesterday (they are the closest one to me) looking for the blue hydrangeas, (which they had plenty 2 weeks ago) and for my surprise, they didn’t have a single one, today was my baby shower, when I asked one of the workers if they had more in the back, she told me no, only the ones they already had on display, I told her my situation and that today was my baby shower and they were suppose to be the centerpieces, she quickly offered to call the closest store and check with them, she took me to the manager, he called the green hills store, they had it, and he kindly asked for them to reserve that for me because his client was on the way. It might not seem much, but for me, this was such a sweet moment and they were so happy to help, I felt heard and taken care of…
They could’ve left on “I’m sorry we don’t have it” but they went a step further, and I’m very happy! My tables turned out amazing with my blue hydrangeas ?”

“I have been looking for a specific brand of red curry paste, all I have been finding are very small jars and smaller cans, and get very expensive for the amount I need. I found what I was looking for, they had it in a regular size and xl size. Price was much cheaper then buying super small jars at Walmart, and here they had every kind of paste. Super impressed. If you can't find what you need here, I'd be surprised!”

“I was in this neck of the woods, working & jonesing for some cold water. Got a 24 oz bottle of Dasani for about $2.50 when I could have bought a case for $7.50....duh! Maybe next time I'll bring one from home...

“Patel Brothers in Nashville is a fantastic store for anyone looking for authentic Indian groceries, spices, and snacks. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with fresh produce and a wide range of regional Indian ingredients. Their spice section is excellent, and you can find everything from fresh curry leaves to ready-to-eat meals. All the staff are friendly and helpful but the manager is rude and arrogant. the prices are quite reasonable for imported goods but now they have increased the prices for couple of products & spices. It’s definitely the go-to place for Indian households or anyone wanting to try Indian cooking in Nashville.”

“I always like this Aldi. There isn't a huge range of groceries, but it has all of the staples and I'm consequently not tempted to spend more than I need to. Moreover, it has the amazing Aldi centre aisle which is like a lucky dip. You never know what you might find, but occasionally, you can pick up all real bargain. There are bigger, newer Aldis around, but the staff in this one are particularly well trained, motivated and pleasant. It makes a difference. I would award it 5 stars, but in any store there is always room for improvement. As it stands though, I keep going back because I really like it Well done!”
“Decent little neighborhood store. Just don't have a backpack on . They will treat you like you a criminal. 12 times I've been there I immediately asked to set my bag down inside the store and went and picked up my items and paid for them but they would follow me around the store make you feel as you're doing something wrong just don't take a backpack here and they will treat you fine but if you have a backpack I would recommend going on to the next store.”
“Do yourself a favor and take the time to stop by and get your meat here. You can definitely taste the difference in quality and freshness coming from a local farm! So happy this place exists. Great selection of dry goods and produce as well. I’ve tried the chicken, lamb, and steaks ranging from the lower to higher end of price range and all were excellent. Their breakfast sausage is fantastic as well.”

“I love this place so much. Sometimes I’ll come here without a plan and let the ingredients speak to me. They have literally everything: all the Latin, Caribbean, African and Asian products you might need for your next meal. Their selection of instant noodles too is amazing as is their frozen Korean food. Their fish and meat counter is also amazing. Lots of great fruits and veg you can’t find at a Krogers. The smell is only alarming if you’ve never been to an ethnic market but entirely inoffensive. I agree that you should pay attention to the expiration dates here. I would hate to do inventory here based on the insane amount of product on the sales floor so shoppers, be aware. Parking and the store can get crammed in the weekends. If at all possible, come during a weekday or early morning to avoid big crowds.”

“Great, clean, well organized grocery store, with an equally as great team of staff. They have always been warm and welcoming when entering the store and very helpful throughout every shopping experience I've had there. They are a smaller store but still have tons of inventory, with all the staples and more. They have many brand choices as well as their store brand, and they offer great discounts for all items and brands in the form of coupons, sales and specials. They offer a store membership that also gives many incentives to join and shop. All in all, while it's not my regular place to shop for groceries, it's still at the top of my list and, I have been known to drive out of my way once or twice to shop there and take advantage of some great sales they had going on at the time! Highly recommend!!!”
“It is so wonderful to finally have a market like this in Germantown. The layout and displays are beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the product quality is unmatched. I love being able to quickly grab wine, cheese and bread, and sometimes a delicious sandwich.”
“Mi Favorita is a decent-sized Latin supermarket on Nashville's west side that's stood on that property for decades, containing the Los Potrillos butcher shop for just as many years. In 2022, the tiny strip mall was completely refurbished. When my favorite local Mexican grocer Mazfresco stopped selling grated cotija, I discovered that Mi Favorita was one of the few markets in town where I could find three different brands of finely grated cotija cheese! The array of Mexican spices and dried chiles is substantial, among the best I've seen in Nashville. The employees were quite friendly with me. There are reports of low-quality meat at the carnicería, but I cannot attest to that.”
