They shrunk two cashmere sweaters to the point of being unwearable. When questioned they said one of the sweaters looked like that upon arrival which was not true as the sweater went from being oversized with a cowel neck to a crop top turtleneck. We also received a 2 sweaters back with candy wrappers inside (Snickers which were not ours). One additional time we received an additional zipper on a Canada Goose vest (why?) and several months later one of our missing shirts turned up in our latest laundry haul. We had a solid run until ~6 months ago when every time we went something was a diaster with no resolution. Would not recommend for anything nice.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I had an emergency where I needed two items dry cleaned stat due to an executive needing to hop on a flight. Lindsay and Green Cleaners exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond getting these items cleaned within two hours. She personally called me to let me know the items were ready and asked if I needed them boxed for the flight. Thank you for going above and beyond, it truly means a lot- you really saved the day! I'll personally be taking my business to you all going forward :)

HORRIBLE!I brought in one dress shirt. A white dress shirt. I picked it up and discovered the following:-Wrinkled sleeves-Spots on the shirt pocket that did not exist prior to taking it in-ruined the corners of the collarI also asked for the shirt to be cleaned, believing it would be dry cleaned, and it wasn’t.I was clearly unhappy with the service and was still charged. Was also told the stains must’ve already been there from keeping something such as a pen in the shirt pocket, of which I never do.Total joke and ripoff.Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

The most expensive dry cleaners I have ever been to. I will say this. They have very good customer service. The facilities are very good. But $17.50 to clean a woman's skirt?

Not recommended. Your clothes will be a size or 2 smaller after they shrink them. I don't understand, I was clear about the dry-cleaning process on several occasions. They don't process something correctly.

I have been coming to Green Cleaners for about a year now but after my past few experiences I will never go back. They have ruined (shrunk or permanently stretched) several shirts of mine. On my most recent visit I tried to get them to specify how they were going to clean a certain shirt to make sure that this one was not ruined too. I had only been at the counter for about 30 seconds before I was told to stand aside so someone behind me could come to the front. I have never been treated like this as part of a retail transaction in my life. Do not come here. They will ruin your clothes and be rude about it in the process.

Consistent and quality dry cleaning services provided with meeting requests timely. Your clothes are cleaned and pressed when they tell you they'll be done or when requested. Every now and then a shirt or two will have a wrinkle or crease missed by staff that management quickly resolved. Plan on paying higher prices for city location and convenience.
