Don't rely on their online check-in process, they put up a poster saying they're closed when I can see them inside. I drove all the way to their store, they even sent a text message to come right in and then closed the door to my face.
Edit: reached out to their customer service email which replied that they'll email the location.

This specific barber that cut my hair just has a know it all attitude and does things other than what I ask for. this time, she shaped up my beard without asking and it looks weird right before my birthday dinner. Last time, she blended my hair too high and it was horrible. The other barbers are solid but this short african-american lady just won’t get you right.

I only go to the Hermitage TN location. From bad experiences the first thing I do is make sure someone there understands what I am looking for. I loved my haircut considering I had about 5" cut off. No more headaches was the goal. Great people! Relaxed environment and not a long wait.

SheShe cut my hair quick and it looks great! She even trimmed up my beard and gave me some tips on handling my hair and beard. I don't live here, but if I did I'd definitely be back.

I live in Dallas and have been going to my local GC for years. I am currently in Nashville for business and needed a cut. SheShe, the stylist, gave me the best cut I have had in years. Her speed and technique was very impressive! I wish she could cut my hair back in Texas. Thank you, SheShe!
