I have had numerous good experiences getting my hair cut at this Great Clips location over the past several years. However, the last few times, I have noticed that the manager, Jaime, isn’t friendly…she always acts like she’s in a hurry or is annoyed. That’s not a good way to come off to customers. Anyway, today I checked in online on the Great Clips app & it told me to be there by 5:00 PM (when they were closing, as it is Sunday) to get my place in line. I arrived at 4:57 or 4:58 PM & the door was already locked. Jaime looked right at me & said “we’re closed.” I have been to several other Great Clips locations where they will take customers who arrive up until the time when they close. It is frustrating to have driven 20 minutes only to be turned away. I saw Jaime & the other employees leave around 5:05 PM, so it seems like I was turned away because nobody wanted to stay past 5:00 PM to cut someone’s hair. This is poor customer service. I’m disappointed that my online check-in was not honored, as they knew in advance that I was coming because I checked in 40 minutes prior to closing.

Always so helpful and nice! I get their shampoo & conditioners as well, recommended by staff. They are popular for good reason so there will be a decent wait on weekends. (~45 min usually on wknd)

Marcia cut my husband's hair yesterday and it genuinely looked like she cut his hair with her eyes closed.. His side burns were uneven, she missed a big spot of hair on one sideburn, and his hair had several places that looked, for lack of a better term, chunky! I feel like she could have done a better job, but he said she was chatting with the other hairdressers and not paying any attention to his hair!
