Room was cute, hotel decor was cute. Beds were comfy and room was clean. However, you have to make a reservation AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance to go upstairs to white limozeen... If a guest at the hotel you should be able to visit the hotel's pool, bar, restaraunt etc... I was told parking was free when I booked, but then drove 10 hours to Nashville only to find that it's $65/night for "valet only" parking even though theres a HUGE empty parking lot literally next door... Valet staff were nice but brought us the wrong car TWICE. There were a bunch of fees at checkout for "amenities" and such... WHAT AMENITIES?! Had I known these things I'd have stayed next door at the hampton for half the cost and free parking...

The Graduate has been one of the best stays (of our many) in Nashville! To begin, we were fortunate to check in when Zee was at the front desk. Truly, she has to be the most valuable employee at the Graduate (although everyone was amazing)! We checked into four rooms and she took care of the requests of our multi-generational group. She gave us welcome drinks and even gave us a complimentary upgrade for our room. We felt special right from the get go, and it set the tone for our entire visit. White Limozeen is a must for at least one drink and we even had fun at with karaoke at Cross-Eyed Critters! There is always something fun going on at the Graduate!

Beautiful hotel, amazing food, amazing front desk and the food staff know how to cook! . I was here for a training. Only giving for stars due to the fact a valet worker was extremely rude to me . Even after I told him the front desk person told me to do this because we could not get in line for the valet service or even find it or a parking spot because of construction across the street. We circled the hotel for 30mins. He told me he didn’t have time for me. I did talk to another valet person that was very helpful. I reported the other gentleman to the front desk and the man inside at the valet desk.

*** UPDATE: The front desk and management made it right. They were super apologetic and adjusted my final bill to more than make up for it. I appreciated their willingness to apologize and make it right. The valet manager, hotel manager, and housekeeping manager all came to talk to me and were very sincere. I wish I remembered the name of the woman working the front desk, because she was amazing. She took the time to listen to me and was the one who talked to all the management to make them aware of my situation. Thank you! In the end, mistakes happen, and some hotel management would have blown me off, but they definitely didn’t. I appreciate everything they did. I will change my star review to reflect this update. I will rate the hotel as if these three issues never happened now.Thank you for making things right… that shows a lot of integrity ?I’m here now, and am not happy with the service here. I never leave reviews, but I feel like I have to for this hotel. I drove 10+ hours to take my daughter to visit Vanderbilt University. The proximity to the University and some restaurants is the only positive thing I can say. I have had 3 big issues with this stay:1. When we arrived after a full day of driving, we were told by the valet that valet charge was $55 for our entire stay (we are staying 2 nights). I thought that was reasonable for 2 nights for our car to be safe. Well, when we just pulled up again on our 2nd day here, the valet said he was sorry and he advised us wrong yesterday and it’s $55 for EACH night. So, we went and paid $20 for our second night, down the road in another parking garage. In the end I’m paying $75 for two nights when we were told by their employee that it would be $55. I guess it’s better than $110 for parking.2. OK, this is GROSS! When we arrived, it was nighttime and dark in the room and we were exhausted, so we didn’t notice this until we woke up the next day… our comforter had a lot, and I mean A LOT of yellow and brown stains on it!! ? ? I will put some of those in the pictures. I called the front desk, and they did bring up a clean comforter, but we still slept on that for one night! YUCK! It’s hard to see it all in the pictures with the lighting, but trust me, it was absolutely disgusting.3. The A/C didn’t work! It’s 85 degrees today, and this room got very warm even this morning before we left for the day. I called the front desk about that too, and they said they would send someone to fix it. When we got back to our room later that day, it still wasn’t working. I called back down to the front desk, and now I was told that they did send someone, but they couldn’t fix it. So, she offered to give us a different room. It’s 7:15 PM by that time, and we just wanted to eat, get on pajamas, and go to bed. We didn’t want to have to pack up all our stuff to move to another room for one night, so we are just going to sleep in a warm room I guess. The rooms are cute and all, but when you are paying nearly $400 a night for a room, I should NOT have to deal with the things I mentioned above. Overall, we love Nashville, and if my daughter ends up choosing Vanderbilt, we will absolutely stay somewhere else when we come to visit her. Very disappointed.

My husband and I are in town for a quick stay as he has an onsite project to do tonight. We just got to the hotel that someone suggested for us. First impression is ..so SO eclectic and fun … completely my vibe.Probably not the first choice of hotels I’d pick if it hadn’t been for the decorations HOWEVER, that’s not really anything negative against the hotel- We are typically Marriott people but decided to give it a try. So far so good. Our valet guy, Lucas and front desk guy, John , were exceptionally helpful and gave us a quick run through of all the hotel offers. When we got into our room, I love it… super girly, yet chic .. wou be a great hotel for a girls getaway. Luckily my husband is happy when I’m happy plus we have 2 girls so he’s totally down with all the decor.I’m EXTREMELY particular when it comes to cleanliness and while it’s not anything bad at all, it’s also not as clean as I like to keep my own house and but that too is probably a me problem.Id say an 8 out of 10!

I did not stay here, but it’s a cute place to take the girls for a drink on the rooftop. Such a pretty rooftop!

Stopped in Friday afternoon. The Valet was so friendly and accommodating. Took photos of the lobby and headed up to Limozeen where the DJ was on the toy tables . Great atmosphere and vibe for a birthday party, baby shower or girls weekend. They had a fantastic selection of options and the bar was hopping . You can step outside and think you are in Barbie world with a rooftop pool, pink umbrellas and a pink wire mesh Dolly Parton. Artwork of modern and animated . This is home to Dolly Partons annual birthday party . We grabbed a cookie on the way out from the coffee bar and the kiddo raves about it .

Our large group just left The Graduate Nashville this morning! From the hotel front desk to the coffee shop to White Limozeen staff....we all (15 of us!) could not be more pleased! Everyone was so kind, so accommodating and always happy to help! Loved relaxing in the lobby and the rooms were so uniquely decorated, clean and comfortable! The shower was amazing! Brunch at White Limozeen is a must! 10/10 recommend and we would stay again!

Truly an incredible hotel and experience all around. No detail is left out at the Graduate. The décor, service, food, ambiance, all of it!! This is a must-stay!

Amazing service!!! Sky was the best at making us feel at home and helped us with our luggage when no luggage carts were available! He made it all happen as soon as we got here and started off our trip in the best way possible!

Loved it. The decor, the staff, the room. It was perfect. They are doing construction outside very early (I was in room 1010) but I had to get up early for a tour anyways, but just keep that in mind if you plan to sleep in. Exceptional stay (and def get a resy to white limozeen!) ?️?
