I just moved to Tennessee a week ago and my car had broken down a couple of days afterwards and I had it towed here. Found out the transmission was shot so I decided I needed to get a new car. Ben was amazing and helped me so much. He helped me get in touch with CarMax and was able to ask and answer the questions I had no idea about. I was there almost all day and they all were super nice and helpful as well. If I could leave higher stars and express my gratitude more I would.

The finest people make up the work force. Brandon is totally honest and whatever he and his staff tell you about your car is always absolutely accurate. Would go anywhere else . BHave been a customer for decades and decades.

Always great service and upfront communication on pricing and timing expectations. After running over road debris and with two slowly leaking tires, Ben went above and beyond to see if a tire I’d purchased from them previously was still under warranty. It was, saving $200. All the more reason I’m come back to them for future service (but hopefully not too soon ??).

10/10 had a tire sensor problem they fixed it easy I've taken it to multiple places that told me they didn't have the required stuff for it

This is the absolute best mechanic, tire, & lube place in the area. Owned by a local, home-grown Nashvillian......though the massive number of service bays would make you think it's a giant corporate garage.They're friendly, fair, and incredibly reasonably priced. They offer complimentary shuttle service if you need (and you may just find that the owner is the one picking you up or dropping you off, from time to time).These people stand behind their work and treat your car like their own. Do yourself a favor and let this amazingly well run LOCALLY OWNED business take care of your vehicle. You won't regret it.

I went in to Good Year today to get a tire patched. They were recommended by my mechanic who said they could help me better due to the fact that the two nails in my tire were close together and Good Year could patch those from the inside better than my mechanic could plug from the outside. Service was friendly, fast, and it saved my tire! I originally thought I would have to replace the tire (according to the quick change oil place who first spotted the nails). I will definitely return to Good Year Hermitage Tire Center the next time I run over a nail, which seems to be frequent with all the construction in Nashville. Thank you, Josh Smith and those who patched up my tire, for stellar service!

I've had two different services performed on my car at Hermitage Tire Center at two separate times (new front breaks, new starter). Both services were easy, thoroughly explained, and reasonably priced. What stands out about Hermitage Tire is the quality of service and professionalism. Today when my car was being serviced, an older man walked in and I overheard the Hermitage Tire employees interacting with him. This man seemed a little confused and irritated, and every employee who interacted with him was extremely patient and helped to explain aspects of his service. He was supposed to have an hour wait, but after he expressed annoyance about that, they managed to get his car in and out pretty quickly. I was really impressed by their kindness and highly recommend them!

These men are crooks they took 980 from me just to tell me a few days later my car needed to be replaced . I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I came in for new brakes and a diagnostic check on my engine light ; they lied to me about the reason my light was on ; then took my money only to later tell me I need to get a new car asap. Money hungry , lazy smiling bunch of wolves . I wish I would have went to total automotive at least they are an honest bunch. I have never been so upset with service in my life . No integrity just money hungry. I couldn't imagine telling someone to pay 1000 then a few days later the car is broke down. I should have just thrown. The money out the window . They pretend to be nice but a lazy unskilled bunch of men. If you care about your hard earned dollar don't come here I wish I went to a real good year and not these posers

Fast, friendly, and affordable. Showed up in a pinch with regular and spare tires flat. Had me back up running in less than 15 minutes. Definitely will be returning customer!

I was dealing with alignment issues and knew that I probably needed new tires because my car was pulling to the right. I was driving through Nashville with very little time and called this location hoping for some luck. Brandon was super helpful and got me right in. Everyone at the front was great in fact. My trip will go so much smoother now.

Their customer service and professionalism is unmatched. A very welcoming place for anyone with their child in tow as well. Couldn’t recommend a better place for tires or an oil change in Hermitage.
